The beautiful winery, art pieces, underground water cavern with a view from on of the 3 great restaurants onsite, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows beautiful gardens, huge wine collection available! Good amenities! There's a good Spa and pool area! The chateau is huge and has a lot of special gardens and outdoor art pieces to discover!

Just a minor detail is In the summer there's a lot of flies inside the restaurants. Maybe some modern fly catchers can help with that. I also don't like the toilet room doesn't have an automatic washlet or even a manual washer. No sink in the toilet room.

The location and property were perfect. Unfortunately for a 5 star resort they do not have the staff commensurate with that rating. The staff at the front desk besides Leah and Antoine at the pool , were inexperienced, young and not enthusiastic or knowledgeable, nor welcoming. Same for Le K restaurant regarding the staff and La Source where we literally sat for 15 minutes trying to get someone’s attention to get another cup of coffee but the main server woman stood chatting with other patrons for an unusually long time. Underwhelming for a restaurant of that caliber. The decor in Le K and Le Source however were outstanding. The art sculptures all around the resort were very dark in meaning.

This place is simply spectacular. Immaculate grounds, bra rooms, friendly staff. We Sept enjoyed the pool as we were there during a heat wave.

The road approaching the chateau is windy and narrow making driving a bit stressful. We also had a mild communication issue where we requested that our sofa bed be made up which it was not and we had to make the bed late at night after our return from dinner. However the night manager, Guillame,, was very helpful.

The property was the most insanely gorgeous hotel property I’ve ever experienced. We couldn’t believe it wasn’t part of a museum. Every detail was immaculate. Loved that it was a hotel (more like an estate,) a vineyard, a spa, somewhat of an art museum, a Michelin restaurant hub, and you could walk and explore the grounds. You don’t even have to go into town (which is a quick 15 min drive) because they have it all.

Facilities are beautiful and really well maintained. Lots of options for dining on site. The staff is friendly and helpful but not really at the 5 star level you might expect. The rooms are beautiful.

There are some quirks on the service side they need to work out. A few examples are they left one of our bags in the lobby instead of bringing to our room. They left dirty glasses in dishes in our room for 2+ days and i had to call and ask for them to be removed. Didn't offer to help with our bags upon checkout.

Breakfast was overall very good a you could order almost anything but strangely if you order the same every day it would be slightly different depending on the waiter or waitress or maybe the chef?

Every request I made the staff tried their best and succeeded. Oddly getting teacups put in our room daily was a task the cups in the room are espresso size.

A beautiful hotel just outside Aix-en-Provence. The hotel and grounds have been renovated to a very high standard, and around every corner there is another beautiful vista to surprise and delight. Stunning artwork adorns the walls and amazing sculptures are dotted around the grounds, . The staff are excellent - attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the wine-tasting led by Andrea, and the service of the restaurant team in La Source was superb - our thanks to them all.

The room we had was light and spacious, and very comfortable, although one small niggle was that there could have been a bit more light in the bathroom.

Beautiful property, lovely gardens, pool, spa etc Staff were very helpful-I accidentally left something at the hotel and they delivered it to me 15mins away at our next hotel the next day! -above and beyond service not often encountered -amazing!

Restaurant ambience lets the place down a little. It is very expensive but is in 2 rather unimpressive rooms although 1 looks into the calm, clean organised kitchen. Staff are professional and pleasant but apart from 1 or 2, not overly friendly

The room and bed was comfortable. The property is beautiful, you don’t feel the need to leave it. La Source restaurant was excellent.

We wanted to dine at Art but we were told by the front desk that the chef would not accommodate vegetarians. There is a Michelin restaurant down the road at chateau Fonscolombe that had a vegetarian menu, it was excellent.

Wow this place is really really something. Incredibly stunning the grounds transport you to somewhere magic and the rooms are incredible. If that isn’t enough the staff will literally wait on you hand and foot the service was second to none. And we wanted to say a special thank you to Noè who was so incredibly friendly and so helpful and made our stay that much better.
