We left our hearts at this place! Where to start - beautiful and spacious bedroom, dining room and bathroom. Everything perfectly clean and cosy. Very nice view from the window. Delicious breakfast with homemade marmelade and pie. The owners were the nicest people we've met during our holiday, very helpful and kind. Thank you very much again for an unique experience!!!

Everything was PERFECT.

It is a perfect place! Lovely hosts, so nice to meet such warm hearted people. We felt like going home to our grandparents. Big room with clean and comfortable bathroom and a separate room for tea 👌 very comfortable bed and well picked pillows. The whole house's design is typical Provence, every corner and piece is well choosen. The host packed a snack for is for the day, such a kind move. Thanks for having us! Maybe one thing. We would love to have an egg or a yoghurt for the breakfast. But have to tell, whatever we got were delicious 👌 the cake is so yummy

My stay at Lousuan was a delight. The hosts were charming and really helpful. It is about 10 minutes from the center of Aix en Provence in the hills with beautiful views and calm. Breakfast was amazing with a whole selection of homemade jams by the hostess. I would have stayed a week if I had known how comfortable and peaceful it would be. I was given great advise for my time in the area. As well I was given a recommendation for my drive back to Paris that was a highlight of my trip.

This is a private room with en-suite in a beautiful house outside of Aix-en-Provence. Location is great: a lovely quiet neighbourhood about 30min walk from the centre of Aix, and only a short walk from Cezanne’s studio. The room was large, light and clean with a large bathroom. The shower-bath combo did not have a wall Mount for the hand shower so it was a bit awkward, but totally manageable. we were equipped with plenty of towels, toiletries and blankets for a comfortable stay. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and gracious! When we brought home some snacks for lunch from the Saturday market, they hurried to make sure we had everything we needed to lunch outside on the patio. The breakfast included was absolutely delicious: homemade jams, cakes, breads with the classic pastries and fruit. Everything was perfect; we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Aix again!

Everything about this place was amazing!!! Warm welcome of the kind and helpful hosts (good conversations in English), best airbnb breakfast we've ever had(everything homemade), incredibly great mattress, totally private enclosed parking, great quiet location yet walkable downhill into city center. What else would you want???

The hosts were so sweet, kind, helpful and warm. Breakfast included her home made jams which were delicious and those alone make me want to stay there again. And their little dog was fun too.

There was some traffic noise with the window open but other than that, it's a wonderful place to stay. I'd stay there again for sure.

It was a room in a family house. It is a large comfortable room with a large bathroom.Breakfast was excellent with homemade cake and jams. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. They gave us a ride to the center of Aix.

It's a bit far to walk to the center of Aix and public transport doesn't seem very frequent.

The host and hostess are great people! So friendly and interested in conversation. The breakfast was super tasty (and the table it was enjoyed upon seemed straight out of a museum. Very cool table.).

There was an odor in the accomodation of..dog and something else. (The dog was of no problem, just the odor in the house was noticeable).

Our stay was at Lousoan bed and breakfast was perfect, it had everything we needed - a spacious accommodations ( a large bedroom, spacious bathroom and an additional sitting room with a selection of tea/coffee), it is in a close proximity to Aix old city district, has great parking, wifi and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty (French style) and the hosts are very nice, caring and welcoming people that speak perfect English.
