They have recently renovated the rooms and the hallways. Loved how clean everything was. The front desk staff is the best part of the stay. They are super kind, friendly and helpful. Kamal, Lea, Bruno and the others are wonderful and go out of their ways to help you. The property is 1.5 kms away from the city centre and is easily accessible by walk. Also bus stops are really close by where #8 bus comes frequently and takes you to the city centre. At about a 10 minute walk, you can also catch bus A which comes every 5 minutes and takes you to Gare as well as city centre.

House keeping is done once a week. I would like it to be more frequent but it’s not a deal breaker!

Spacious and clean. Good bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Blackout blinds appreciated. Air-con available but didn’t use as room was cool enough. Friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

A bit far removed from town centre so relied on cabs which can be costly. Balcony view could be improved - garden is a bit sparse at the moment and overlooking lights are very bright at night so you can’t see the stars when the sun sets. Not a big issue but would make the stay even nicer.

The reception staff were excellent -- friendly, efficient, reassuring. The room was large and clean and had a few tables, climate control, and a secure safe. The kitchen had all the basics, though I had paid for breakfasts and ended up eating out. It was great to have the fridge and kettle and microwave as needed. The breakfasts were much better than I had expected from some previous reviews. They included lots of protein (eggs, cheese, meat) and pastries, juices, and applesauce, and although at busy periods some things ran out, they were refilled. The wifi always worked, though it was a little weak in some areas of my room and I wish it had had passwords. The water in the showers was nice and hot! And (despite some previous reviews) there was no problem getting additional toilet paper. There is a really attractive courtyard garden. I wish my room for the 9 days had faced it! But my room was nice and quiet and I could see flowers behind the property. My room was cleaned once or twice during my 9-day stay. I felt that was perfectly sufficient - there were extra towels if I had wanted them, and a heated towel rail to dry the towels.

Although the location wasn't ideal, the 30-minute walk into town was safe and manageable, and the city buses are reliable (if not so plentiful on the weekends). Although there was occasionally high drama at breakfast (e.g. the coffee machine not working on my first day, sometimes no space to sit initially), I always had an ample and satisfying breakfast. I think the single breakfast staff person has a lot to do. But the weekend staff people were very friendly. And all of the breakfast staff people worked very hard and constantly to keep the buffet full and the tables cleared. Although the bed was more like a futon than a mattress, I personally don't mind hard beds.

We had one small glitch. The instructions for using the clothes dryer were unclear. We ended up depositing 4 € in the wrong place which meant the dryer would not work. The young man on the front desk didn’t know how to operate the dryer and when we inquired about it the next day we were told it was our fault and they would not reimburse us. It was only 4€, but we were disappointed that they didn’t return the money or at least offer us a « petit déjeuner »

Beds were comfortable, staff were pleasant

Was told to buy our own toilet paper after two rolls, fairly well equipped, but bizarre.....eg, brand new frying pan, but no flipper for cooking eggs or meat. We asked for one and we were brought a wooden spatula like we could flip eggs with that......tiny bottle of dish soap and told to buy more when it ran out. Finally they gave us more toilet paper and dish soap but very poor to find this in a hotel over €100/night. It's like they equipped themselves to host guests for maximum 2 nights.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel! The room was excellent, clean, and comfortable. We were especially happy that the hotel was pet-friendly, and our pet felt right at home. The covered garage was a big plus, providing convenient parking and protection for our car. Breakfast was delicious, especially the amazing pastries, although we missed having more fresh vegetables. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and look forward to returning!

safe, clean place

Didn't have any chairs to sit on other than two with the little table to eat. Didn't have the basic things for the kitchen, such as a draining rack, NO toaster oven, not enough cutlery or crokery patio chairs were not comfortable

Quality/price relationship is very good. You have everything you need to cook. It was good for two weeks to avoid eating outside:. Aix en Provence it not cheap.

Mattress quite old. Distance from town. Bus number 8, four times a day.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious. We only stayed a single night but it was good, we walked to the city centre and back with ease. The bathroom was also spacious, the only thing would be to add a shower curtain (all the way to the floor) to avoid getting water to far in the bathroom.

They opened the air conditioning before we arrive, and the air conditioning is strong. Which makes me so happy because outside is 96/ 36 degrees. It’s big enough with a kitchen, kettle, stove, induction cooker,hairdryer, refrigerator, even plates.

The location is a little bit confusing, but others are so great!
