The hotel is strategically located and easy to use as a base to explore Provence. Its 5 minutes drive to Town centre and takes couple of minutes to go out of the town. Supermarket is nearby. Underground car parking facility is amazing. The décor of the entrance and ground floor are unique and amazing giving a feeling of being in a hostel and a hotel at the same time. Outdoor swimming pool and decked area is great for dining and casual relaxing time. Indoors there are two large areas with vast comfy sofas and cushions and several different games, TV etc. Cold water dispensing facility, well stocked large imposing bar etc add to the experience. The front desk is constantly manned with two receptionists who are eager to help. Rooms are large and comfortable. This was our largest room in this holiday and clearly favourite. The room furniture and arrangement were innovative.

Not sure how to control A/C effectively as the temperature control was as a disc thermostat rather than digital temperature display.

Despite it's location right next to the highway it was a very quiet and serene place. The pool is amazing, the interior design nice and the rooms were excellent - plus we finally had a very comfortable 200x200cm sized bed! The parking garage is in the building next door. You need a parking code to enter and leave - make sure you ask the hotel for it before / when you arrive! There is a bus line (#8) that gets you to the city center about 200m from the hotel. Unfortunately it was not really running as scheduled when we were there.

Unfortunately there is no elevator at the garage so you have to carry your luggage up a few stairs. The rebranding to the Radisson chain is still in progress - at took about 15 mins to check in as our booking was not properly migrated to the new system 🙄 And using the shower for more than 1 minute will lead to a lot of water on the bathroom floor due to a slow drain.

Our room was very comfortable, slept really well. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good restaurant, if menu a little limited, but fine for our tastes. The pool was great, very peaceful and relaxing, with comfy sun loungers.

The buffet breakfast was very good with a good range of continental and hot food - the only issue was having to wait for eggs, bacon, sausages to be replenished. Simple solution could be to get an idea of breakfast numbers the night before so they can cater accordingly. Worth the wait, but I can imagine anyone in a hurry would be unhappy at the cost (21euros per head) if they didn't get the full breakfast experience.

The front desk staff was amazing. One morning, they sat with me for five to ten minutes to help me figure out the best route to Nimes via public transportation. They assisted with other local transportation options to different destinations as well. The bar was a good place for a late night snack also. In addition, most of the staff spoke very good English.

The room itself was a bit dark, which made it difficult for me to work in it. Also, it was hard to work around the lack of closet space. I had been traveling for a month with a large suitcase and another bag. I suppose I could have benefitted from that. *Booking.com made a mess of my reservations by slipping the number of guests from one to two. I almost didn't get a reimbursement. I would stay at the hotel again, but I won't use Booking.com again.

The hotel is modern and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is close to the highway, but far from the city center. If you don’t want to use the car to go to the downtown, you are isolated and you have to stay at hotel. The restaurant is good valide for money, although the menu is limited. Restaurant staff is friendly.

The toilet flush was not working well. The receptionist told us in advance that at night restaurant was fully booked and encouraged us to go out to find a place to eat. At night, with surprise, we found out that restaurant was empty and 90% available. Little bit strange!

The room was big, comfortable, quiet, clean. The breakfast was almost as expected in all Radisson hotels :) There was a pool of medium/small size and a nice sitting area near the reception.

There was nothing that we did not like. It would have been nice to have some specific local food for breakfast - taupenade, anchovies, ratatouille and such. But maybe it was already tried before.

The room was clean and spacious. Despite being near a motorway the room was very quiet, as was the hotel in general. The staff were polite and helpful.

One of the days when I was there I arrived back at the hotel to eat only to discover that the restaurant was unexpectedly closed. This meant a taxi in to town and back out again at a cost of almost €30. There was no apology, explanation or compensation. Taxis within the city environs of Aix are expensive. A 5-minute taxi from the hotel to the town centre is €15.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was of good size, well equipped, clean Location was close enough to get to the town centre by foot. We didn't like the breakfast, it was pricey and not to our taste, so we only tried it once.

The breakfast coudl have been better.

Super comfortable beds, friendly staff, was great to have a pool. Less then 30 mins walk to the center (5 mins and 10 euros in an Uber back) and boulangerie 5 mins if needed. Tea and coffee in the room and they put up a lovely child bed for our two year old then very quickly changed it to a travel cot on request. Thank you for the great stay!

Modern, trendy hotel, with stylish, large, functional, room. Attractive bar / restaurant / lounge / outdoor terrace area. Small (but functional) swimming pool (towels provided). Secure underground parking for reasonable fee (€10 / day). Helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast looked excellent (though we didn't have). Hotel is within an easy, flat, 10-15 minute walk of the centre of Aix.

Non-smoking security deposit (more appropriate for a hostel than a hotel?). Potential bookers should be aware that the hotel is located alongside a busy road interchange, which is noisy and congested (though little noise in room). The first 200m of walk into town requires crossing several busy roads (with light controlled crossings). This was not a problem for us, but best forewarned. Was surprised to find that walk-in hotel rate was substantially cheaper than the pre-paid, non-refundable booking.com rate paid.
