Great location very friendly staff all very good. expect, see below.

The swimming pool had a dirty tide mark around the perimeter. Also although there were an adequate number of sun beds there only two sunshades, one of them was broken that left only one which meant the pool could not be used to it’s full potential. Sadly.

Clean hotel, breakfast selection good. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice swimming pool. For us, staying to attend a Rugby match, well positioned half way between Rugby stadium and the centre of Provence, but may be a bit far out for people wanting to be in the centre.

The seal had obviously gone at the back of the shower and water leaked into the bedroom. We did inform th staff straight away, but don't think anything was done about it during our stay. The pool bar was not always staffed, could of had a bell or something to alert staff you wanted serving. Pool towels were not replenished very frequently. The lighting was not very bright

Spacious room with everything you need for a stay, bar was lovely as was swimming pool, all across the hotel was spotlessly clean and staff so helpful and friendly

No fridge in room and location was a bit to far from restaurant etc, a good 15 minutes down a very long road to get to Main Street which wasn’t to bad walking down in daylight but coming back felt a bit dodgy, no walking pedestrians so felt very uncomfortable but that’s just how we felt, we did get a taxi 1 night which was 8 euros so not to bad, other than the location the Hotel was lovely

Central location in Aix with swimming pool and secure parking.

Bathroom floor areas were not very clean. Coffe sachets we’re replenished daily but not milk- always had to go to reception for it. Our room did not have a coffee machine contrary to the summary on the Booking.com website.

Close to the centre, supermarket and cafeterias, it has a small refrigerator and a kettel including tea or coffee what is really good. Bed is really confortable and the room perfect. I only missed a gym in the hotel or something close where I can go by day.

It doesn’t have a gym

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a huge bed. Air conditioning was very much appreciated. And it was great to have a pool, and be able to cool down in the humidity.

Oddly, there was nowhere to hang towels, or anything in the bathroom. The hotel was very frugal with their bathroom provisions, such as bodywash and tissues. Not the best view from the window, but I suppose it is to be expected from a business hotel, and being slightly out of the centre.

Excellent value for money. Nice distance from city centre (15 mins). Recently renovated, clean. No noise at night. Spacious rooms. Staff members very happy to help and friendly. Lovely little pool area. Nice laid back vibe.

Not a huge amount around the hotel location, but only a 15 min walk to the town.

Lovely stay in Aix en Provence. Perfect Hôtel close to Centre ville and the road to Lyon. Great pool for a hot day and lovely breakfast.

Staff great…bar really nice ..the hotel is modern and clean ..breakfast was good continental selection and hot eggs and bacon

Breakfast wasn’t replenished quickly… ran out of eggs and sausages …we had to ask as did others …and no glasses for juice … the hotel is a little bit difficult to locate as it’s beside a car showroom but you have to turn the corner before you see the hotel ..
