For us, it was important to have a kitchenette, that's why we booked this stay. The kitchenette is well equipped for what it is: a microwave, a cooker, tableware, a fridge, dishwashing liquid, etc. The apartment itself is like a student residency, that is, simple, functional & not luxurious. That's how it is advertised and that's what you are paying for. And the bed was very comfortable!

The hotel is rather far from the center, but it's still walkable if you like walking and there's public transport. Moreover, if you are coming by car, it's convenient as it's not far from the highway. Another thing to take into account: there's a bathtub, but no plug. But of course, it's not a luxury hotel and we all need to save water, so it's totally fine not to take a bath

A good size area for a several-night stay. Good bedroom; good lounge with sofa, dining table and work desk; bath and shower; separate WC; fridge and cooking facilities (though I didn't use these) and large wardrobe facilities. A very quiet area with little traffic noise.

Room lighting could have been better and a few more power sockets needed. USB charging points could be installed as an update.

The hotel is very clean and we didn't hear any noise. The found the kitchen very useful but didn't use it. The bath was clean and the water had good pressure. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful at all times.

While we got an email telling us about the parking, we didn't get any email telling us that we had to ask for a code before entering the parking. Not a very big problem, but it would improve the experience if it was mentioned beforehand.

This little apartment was a great value. The kitchenette was pretty well stocked. We were able to get supplies at the gas station mini-mart down the road, or the Casino supermarket (which was a bit farther) and make breakfast in the apartment. The air conditioning worked great, which we appreciated since it was pretty hot outside. We could walk to the city center in 20-30 minutes. I also liked that the toilet and shower/sink were in separate rooms, which was convenient when 3 people were staying in the apartment.

The desk attendant was not super knowledgable about the surrounding area, but I guess with Google available that's not so important. The surfaces and paint in the room were a bit grubby - things could use a deep clean. But overall it wasn't too bad.

Hotel service is very considerate, email in advance to inform the hotel check-in related information, the reception staff is very warm and patient. The room is large and tidy, and the kitchen is well-equipped and comfortable.

Pet friendly and all the staff loved our dog. Welcome was friendly and facilities what we expected, Studio very clean and well presented. Comfortable bed, kitchenette equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for the washing up liquid. Location good - about a gentle 20 minute stroll into the centre of Aix.

Car parking was a bonus but car park access in next building a little complicated when carrying a few bags - but having the parking was important to us and at 5 euros a day - good value.

Excellent Aparthotel with all amenities.

Parking was a bit confusing at first. Then it went fine. Location is slightly out of the city centre. I had to find buses to move around

The hotel is located 15 minutes from the center. Quiet and clean place. The kitchen has everything you need.

I lived on basement floor. The view from the window is blocked by bushes. It's a bit dark in the room. There are no shops nearby. The nearest large shopping center is a 20-minute walk.

Spent 2 nights here in March 2022, our selection criteria was the onsite parking (5 eur / day upon request) being still close to the old city center (max 20 min by walk). The appart was large, with spacious bathroom (usually not the case in France) the bed and even the sofa bed were extra comfy with good quality bedding, staff was nice and helpful, aircon/ heating worked well. Wifi needs email registration each time when accessed, but strong enough. Overall good experience, considering a light walk of 15-20 min to the old town, we did it even by night, there was no security concern. And the place was really quiet by night, no noises from the street, neither from inside.

Only negative point was that kitchen equipment was not properly cleaned, dishwash would normally be the guest's responsibility, it is however annoying to do it after others.
