Nothing my favourite hotel of the 4 I stayed in I felt good value

If i can describe this hotel, it's definitely the best value for money option. A super nice room, very comfortable, quite and clean with an entrance to the beautiful garden of the hotel. The whole experience is a lot more of a 2 star hotel to be honest. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options at a very reasonable price. We visited France for a couple of weeks and we stayed in quite a few hotels and by far this was our best experience. P.S: Feel free to ask for food recommendations in the town on the reception. You will not be disappointed.

Exceptional staff. Friendly, informative and helpful. Graciously tolerated our attempts at French but speak English well. The hotels location is superb, just on the edge of the old town and very close to parking (Pasteur) if driving. The old town has a great vibe to it. Plenty of eateries, abundant shops and historic buildings. Local markets on Saturday seem to draw a lot of people in. The hotel has a stunning garden courtyard which gets even better as you get into summer. The family room we had was cosy but very functional and clean. Beds were comfy. This is a walk up hotel but only a two flight maximum.

Not staying longer!

A good value hotel consistent with it's 2 star rating. Large room, good location next to the large parking garage. Very nice young fellow attended the front desk. I regret not getting his name - super friendly, speaks several languages.

No elevator, very basic amenities in the room.

The location of this hotel is ideal, just two minutes walk into the heart of the city with all its shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. Having a lovely garden to relax in at the end of the day was a big plus - I loved the egg chair!

It would be good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room or even a little fridge. Towels and bins were changed daily along with a bathroom clean, but the floors didn’t seem to be swept/cleaned.

We liked everything. The location was great and our room comfortable, attractively furnished and spotlessly clean. The outside garden was lovely to relax in but best of all were the friendly hotel staff, always smiling, welcoming and helpful; for example they happily carried our bags up (and down) the two sets of stairs to our room without being asked. We would certainly stay here again.

There was nothing to dislike.

The staff on the reception was super friendly and warmly welcomed me. Immediately, I got some guidance on how to get around and where to dine out. My room has access to a cosy garden and the interior was fresh and elegant. It was a spacious room, which is pretty rare for France. I fell in love with my bed and came back earlier after my walk just to chill in the room. Coming back next summer!

a few minor scratches in a toilet room which is absolutely ok

Location is excellent, 2 minutes walk from the old town. Quiet safe street. Bus stop from the station in front of hotel, 15 mins walk to bus & train station. The garden is so so lovely! Nice continental breakfast in the morning in the breakfast is a really lovely way to start the day. High walled garden so you really have the feeling of being hidden away from the town. I sat there one orning for three horus reading, so peaceful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I had issues with strikes meaning I had to stay extra tie and make subsequent different bookings, the staff organised that I could stay in the same room for the duration despite all the bookings being made seperately. Really helpful staff.

The rooms are very pooly sound insulated. If you have a noisy neighbour it could be a bit painful.

Really lovely staff. I really appreciated all the design in the public area and the bedrooms- maybe it’s my personal taste, but I loved the personal feel to it all. Not a corporate feel anywhere. And great value for money off-season Also a very pretty garden too. The whole place had a lovely atmosphere

The hotel has been renewed, so the room and facilities were new and clean. There is a gorgeous garden where you can have your breakfast. The staff was super nice and helpful, thank you!

It would be nice to have a little bit more fluffy towels, and the bedrooms could have a little bit more design/decoration, but I don't complain too much because overall, great cost performance!
