Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Several nice touches - fussball, sweets, water, games. Very well located hotel - 2 mins from a large casino and 8 mins walk to centre ville. We would stay here again if revisting. And to be honest, a family of 5 having 2 rooms next door to each other was fantastic.

Rooms could have been cleaner and fresher. Breakfast not great for vegetarians and on last few days ran out of fruit. Would have been good to be warned about narrow parking - we would have got a smaller car. Room 316 smelt of urine - floor or bathroom.

Great location, spacious, modern and clean with great facilities such as a helpful front desk, pleasant outdoor area, delicious breakfast and laundry service.

Small parking making it difficult for our SUV. We parked at the parking relay Lieutenant Colonel Jean-Pierre 7 mins away that also offers free shuttle back to La Roronde (12 mns) near the hotel. We left the car for 3 days while visiting Aix and walked everywhere. It was perfect and parking is cheap $3.50/24 hrs. A nice option to know since it is difficult to park in Aix.

A big apartment, well air-conditioned, excellent location if you need to visit the Grand Theatre (5-7 min). Very close to the heart of the old town, still outside of its hustle. Solid breakfast fully worth its price. The apartment would be a good fit for a family of 2-4. Great personnel.

The toilet in the apartment was really small - it took quite an effort not to keep hitting the elbows. For an oversized person such a toilet might pose a problem. The smell in the toilet sewage was ‘old’ish. Otherwise, nothing special to mention.

Walking to maribu square, buy is very accessable with a car and had a parking of its own. 3. Having a full equipted kitchen is very helpfull. And a supermarket just 2 min. Away!

The entrance to the parking is very narrowand curvy. Keep that in mind, your car has to be not more than 4.5 m long.

Absolutely everything. A dream for a family trip. The comfort of an apartment with the extra space for playing at the lobby and a great breakfast. The staff was really welcoming and understanding. The street is quiet but super close and accessible to everything in Aix. We were helped with finding a taxi for the TGV station and a parking for a last minute car rental. Malika at breakfast was really sweet and took care of us and the little ones.

Great kitchen setup with everything necessary to eat at "home". Great location and the garden area with a quality petanque setup were so nice. Beds very comfy and AC worked great. Worked well for our family of 5.

Parking garage is ridiculously small. We did fit a BMX X5 but with every sensor going off and had to load/unload with it out of our spot. Added a few grey hairs. The toilet didn't really flush- took 5 or 6 times. Master was so tiny it was like living on a boat.

Proximity to the city center. Many utensils in the kitchen. Wonderful fridge size. Room air. Tv with many channels. Garage places were in good number. Employees were very nice and solicitous. I do not know how could be the stay if were in Summer when there are more guests I guess.

"Bath 1" could be a sink. Maybe more options to buy (food) in the reception market. A pool would be great! Cleaning before 7 days is paid. However all above is not really something bad about the hotel.

There is a supermarket nearby, and the hotel is walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars in the city centre. The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Kitchen comes with a lot of utensils and equipment. Breakfast is also pretty elaborate.

Rooms and corridors have a musk but otherwise, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Cleaning service is on request only.

First of all great location. 10 minutes from the train station (walking distance) and 5 minutes to the city centre. A supermarket is just three minutes away. The hotel is lovely and the apartments are comfortable, have a good size and all what you need. The hotel's courtyard is great, it has hidden corners, seats, loungers and mostly is in the shade - great for playing with kids. The staff are fantastic, welcoming and helpful. The lobby has a whole array of toys, books etc. that you can either play with in the lobby or take to your room. For a family trip this isa great hotel.

The kitchen is well-equipped but maybe some of the things good be replaced. The pots and pans had lots of scratches.

This is the perfect place for small families who need a retreat from the bustle of the city and also need a chance to cook or prepare their own food. The room was very baby friendly and we were provided with a baby bed and told that we could get a small bath for our baby as well. Downstairs in the dining area there were several high chair options and a play area for little ones. It had high-end hostel vibes without being a hostel, and parking close to the hotel.
