The hotel manager, Jessica(?) , was very pleasant, friendly and helpful . The room appeared to be a student apartment with separate en suite facilities within the apartment and a small kitchen unit which allowed me to cook a meal using the kitchenware provided. The bed was very comfortable and the overall space was very big compared to an average hotel room. The apartment was very clean. The view from the window was pleasant, overlooking greenery. The car park allowed me to park my motorbike near the reception and at no extra cost (although I discovered an underground car park later in the evening which I would have liked to have used had it been offered. )

Location. On the edge of the town, nothing of interest nearby, no facilities, no cafe, no supermarket. I had to use my motorbike to go to the nearest supermarket about 20 minutes away.

I liked the location. The bus stop was near the property. I used Bus 3 to go to the city center. It takes 15/20 min to get to "La Rotonde". I was very pleased with the size of the room. It's quiet and calm where the building is. I could see Sainte-Victoire mountain from my window. The heater was working well. Speedy wifi. My room was clean. No issues. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The iron was nowhere to be found. I needed one.

I needed a garden, that’s why I chose the location. Which is great btw. The staff very friendly and helpful.

But it’s a residence home with tiny apartments and there’s noise coming from the other rooms. I guess it’s normal. I don’t know. And the residents leave their take away food in the garden. But it was a Sunday, maybe I should cut people some slack.

I was travelling without Google maps so initially found it a tad difficult to find as it is out of Aix centre. However, when I arrived the receptionists were very helpful and the studio fine. it was during a recent heatwave so the studio was hot with just a fan to keep cool. The kitchenette was fine and the bathroom excellent. very good value for money！

Nothing really..a very good stay

We travelled at mid June. We had an apartment for a couple. It is a small apartment but has everything you need. The reception has very polite girls and very helpful. please note that If you are using the bus on the way back you have to walk almost 1km after 8 pm

The reception staff at check out was not so customer focused The cutlery in the apartment was a little too basic (eg. there was only 1 spoon) The location was not great ... a little too far from the centre to walk

Peaceful spot. Easy parking. Easy access to centre on the local bus (bus stop very close). Good wifi. Good price.

Characterless, modern neighbourhood on periphery of town. Kitchen facilities could be better and cleaner.

Location is great if you travel by car, and there is ample parking available. If you are lucky to arrive when reception is open, then you may be lucky to be offered inside basement parking. Rooms are sort of oldy but still serve the purpose for the price charged. Check-in after 20.00 requires full one-night advance payment. Reception is open morning and afternoon only, and instructions of getting access and keys outside reception open hours are a bit vague, but manageable at the end.

Nothing unpleasant in particular, breakfast is a bit thin but still ok.

The room was tidy and has everything for a comfortable stay. A small kitchenette with cooking tools, electric stove and a mini fridge with a freezer - as great bonus, if you stay longer and prefer to cook your own food. Very lovely and kind staff.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, but the nice lady at the reception desk offered free buffet breakfasts instead, so the deal was worthy.

Modern building. Quiet. Safe area. Comfortable for one person. Clean.

Quite far from city centre. I depended on public transport. Bus 3 or 9 would be better options than 8. Bus 8 stop is more complicated.
