Spatious room with large terrace. Nice shared pool in the building. Lots of parking spots. Excellent breakfast available everyday at the building's restaurant. Great location with supermarket/services nearby, surrounded by wineries, easy access to Aix and Luberon villages.

Bathroom was not very clean upon arrival, mattress was too soft, no wine bottle opener (tip: you can borrow one at the reception, if it is open)

I love this place and will be returning again in the future. Love the terrace and the views across the trees and the safe parking.

I would like to see a couple of improvements, for example the microwave oven DEFINITELY needs to be replaced, also one or two tiles on the bathroom floor were slightly loose,I was nervous of stepping too heavily on them incase they broke. However I would like to add that regardless of all this I will still return here the next time I'm in Aix-en-Provence as it is so relaxing and peaceful.

It was a well equipped kitchenette. It had a comfortable outdoor space. It was smart and clean the swimming pool was a bonus. Very quiet smart location. Very comfortable bed.

A failure/ delay in messaging via Booking.com resulted in us having a stressful few hours as we had not received access instructions with entry codes. However a phone call to the manager eventually sorted this out

- Good location - Easy to find -You can have breakfast in for € 12 in the restaurant which belongs to a motel. - Comfy room with amenities.

- Toilet bowl was not cleaned properly. Residues of poop was around the rim.

Veronique was so helpful. She met us on the morning of our arrival although we were a bit early. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Aix-en-Provence. So quiet and peaceful

Everything was perfect with the apartment. Comfortable very well presented and clean.

The location suited me for getting to the centre of Aix.

The terrace was lovely. The location was great.

When we arrived I noticed the studio was quite dusty but it was only after I lay down on the bed and thought that the fitted sheet seemed cold and damp (as though it had been made without being fully dry) that I saw a patch of red and other grayish staining. It made me very conscious of just how dirty the overall cleanliness of the room was. The studio to the superficial eye looked really nice but when you looked closely the table (set for breakfast with nice crockery) was far from clean. I spent an hour cleaning up and saw black stains on the cloths I used. While the bathroom was dusty, but relatively clean, the rest of the studio was very poorly cleaned. Because we were in the studio because our apartment is undergoing a renovation I was luckily able to return home and get clean sheets, a bath mat (there wasn’t one at all), a tea towel (also not in the studio) and a sponge to replace the filthy one in the kitchen sink. I began to notice that so many aspects of the studio’s decor were below standard. The bed itself was not great and the fake bed head (a wooden board with a piece of fabric pinned to it) was unimpressive. I tried to use an additional pillow stored in a cupboard but found it had a black stain as though it had been walked on with a dirty shoe. When I wrote an email to the proprietor she basically ignored my feedback telling me she had cleaned the room so I suggested she required a professional cleaning service in future. Apart from the above problems, as we were intending to stay at least 2 weeks (possibly 3) during our renovations, I was shocked to find 2 knives (1 of which was a steak knife), 4 forks, 4 spoons and lots of teaspoons. There was 1 small knife to cut when cooking, 1 plastic cooking spoon and 1 small pair of tongs. There was 1 wine glass and a few other mismatched in size glasses. There were lots of useless things taking up space.

Lift, parking, aircon and terrace

The host was aware that several of the wooden slats of the base of the bed was missing. On our arrival we could immediately feel that the bed was unsecure. When we picked up the mattress we could see that not only were several slats not in place, but several of the remaining slats were also broken. We reported this to the host who confirmed that she ordered new slats the previous Wednesday. Unfortunately this did not help us and we had to sleep on the mattress on the floor and place the bed against the wall for both evenings of our stay. On the morning of our departure the host arrived with a person (we presumed an handyman) and wooden slats to fix the bed. No apology, discount or concession for our discomfort was offered.
