The hotel is well situated on easy walking distance from the airport terminals. Just by the hotel there is also a footpath to the nature reserve area by the sea, so it is easy to take a relaxing walk there. The staff were nice and welcoming. There is a restaurant that is surprisingly good. The bed was comfortable and bathroom adequate. There is also a small garden with a swimming pool.

It would have been nice to have a small fridge and a kettle in the room. No decorations or pictures in the room. Ugly building. In the room description it is stated that there is a lake view, but all we could see was a deserted parking lot.

Ideally located 10 min walk away from the T2 terminal. On top of that you can book a free shuttle that takes you and your luggage if you prefer not to walk. The room was basic but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The AC was a must as it was 35 outside. On top we had free access to the swimming pool with towels provided on request at the reception. The room was well soundproofed. People at the reception and in the restaurant were very welcoming. Special thanks to Lila who drove us to the airport in the morning with a big smile. We will definitely book here again.

Staff very friendly. Great service with quick pick up from the airport and check in. Not a noise from airport traffic or otherwise. Bed was very comfortable and a great breakfast with good quality and choice.

Room very small and bathroom in needs of refurbishment. But for a hotel mainly used for one night stop near an airport is fine. To me what's important is the cleanliness and the customer service and the hotel ticks both those boxes. Price wise, I can only compare with the one we have used in Calais at the Shuttle and the one in Marseille is on the higher price range.

The Ibis Marseille Provence Aéroport was conveniently located close to the airport. We used the first shuttle from hotel to airport for early morning flight to Paris.

The shuttle driver showed up 15 minutes late and caused a flurry of panic from all passengers. Most chose to lug their luggage to the airport by the road as the receptionist had no way to contact the driver to find out where he was!! Actually, when I asked the receptionist if there was a telephone number for the driver, he just waved both arms to say he did not know how to contact the driver.

This is a functional hotel located immediately within walking distance (10 mins) from the airport. Its quite basic, but clean and comfortable. I recommend if you have a flight to take and need to be close by. We did not try the breakfast or other facilities, as it was an in/out situation. Very helpful - they have a free shuttle to the airport from 5 am until 23:30.

Its a bit expensive for how basic it is, but this is not a huge deal.

The staff was incredibly welcoming. I loved the convenience of an airport shuttle and the location near the Marseille Airport. I asked to be on the top floor and that request was honored. Amazing decor. Great outside areas in which to spend time. Lobby was so comfortable in which to hang out. Comfortable bed and furnishings.

The sparseness of the room was okay but there were no towels but BODY towels. There was nowhere to dry hands. Facial tissues would have been nice, too. No fresh fruit at the breakfast. For the price, something fresh would have been nice, along with decaffeinated coffee, too.

-The ridiculous 'franglais' food menu. .a combination of English and French words for each item of food. It was farcical and silly rather than 'cool'. The location was perfect for the airport as I had a very early flight in the morning. I arrived late afternoon so spend the rest of it relaxing by the pool which was great. The staff were all friendly and spoke English which was very helpful.

The quality of the food at the restaurant was quite poor. It’s a great setting and the service staff were all kind and responsive but the food was let down. The menu was also quite unclear with a mix of English and French so I ordered something and it was different to what I expected.

The hotel's proximity to the airport was important. The staff were very helpful. The room even though close to the airport was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We had a light dinner which was very good. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the airport.

The hotel met our expectations. We were forced to change our plans due to a taxi strike and made a last minute booking.

We arrived at midday by train from Arles on 8th October and our room was available. We were able to have a shower and leave our luggage to then take a bus to Marseille centre fro Airport. Arrive back at 20.00 called for shuttle bus pickup and then had a good meal in restaurant at Hotel On 9th too shuttle bus to the catch 9.25 flight
