Great breakfast. Easy enough to locate from Marseille airport You know, it's an Ibis, they are pretty standard.

We found our door unlocked when we got back from our day out, the cleaner hadn't closed it and the staff member didn't say much when we spoke to them. Just smiled and said it's ok, not to worry! They just didn't pull it hard enough, you see, it's hard to close. Don't worry. Eh? I can see what they did or didn't do, and Ido worry, actually. And there were A LOT of ants absolutely everywhere.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable, near the highway so it's a perfect stopover for one night. It was very quite too. Breakfast was really good too.

I requested a cot for my 1year old and I didn't find one in the room on arrival. The receptionist gave it to me and I had to unfold it myself.

The hotel lived up to the expectations we had when we booked it. It is a budget hotel, which should be taken into account when booking. The room was big enough for all three of us, the bathroom was ok. The room was clean which is important for us. The hotel offers free parking. The receptionists were friendly.

The hotel manage with digital systems. That's why the hour is not important Breakfast is diffrent my culture, no problem. I didn't expect anytihg diffrent:) But staff's approach was very good.

Location is far from city center. Also there isn't anything around the hotel.

Classic two-star Ibis hotel. The quality-price ratio is excellent, especially for transit. Generous parking. Very clean interior. A pleasant terrace right at the entrance.

There are some vending machines in the hotel lobby. Useful, but the unpleasant surprise is that although the water, chips, chocolate and everything else do not exceed 2 euros each, for each one a deposit is made on your card in the amount of 6 euros. Although it has been a month, even now I have not received back the difference between the deposit and the price. And they say about me and my compatriots that we are Romanians! No one cheated me like that in Romania...

Everything was perfect. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast. The room dimensions quite small, but we knew it before the reservation.

Aix en Provence is an expensive city. Houses, food, hotels, etc everything is. So if you are looking for a clean, quiet, decent place to stay, dont look around. Come and stay here. İt is İbis and it is budget.

Very nice room big enough for 3 people (there were 4 beds). Big parking place and good breakfast. The hotel is not in central position but if you are driving you can’t get inside the city anyway (we parked at the Parking Rotonda).

1) cleaner woke up in the morning by knocking all doors in the corridor 1hr before checkout time 2) the shower doors were broken, missing parts resulting in a water puddle 3) the vending machine in the lobby charged €6 my card for the item costing €2.50 after price & item were confirmed.
