I was satisfied with the hotel, the room was really nice, clean, comfortable, the breakfast was also good. The staff was nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient when you want to stay near the airport, I arrived late in the evening, so I stayed there for one night. The hotel has its minibus service, they transport you from and to the airport for free. The only confusion I had was because I had no information on the way you call them to pick you up (at least that's the method at the late hour when I arrived), but then I asked a bus driver at the bus station and he helped. There's a massive pole across platform 5 (terminal 2 I'm talking about), at the bus station, with the sign Hotelbus and on the back of the pole each airport hotel has its button, you choose your hotel and call them, they check your booking and in 10 minutes they send their minibus to pick you up. I didn't get info on this previously and the difficulty was that there was a construction area right where that pole stands, normally you wouldn't go near the pole as it was on the other side of the fence that surrounded the construction area, so some info could be provided on that by the hotel when you book. Anyway, this was a minor thing, the hotel and its services are really good.

The breakfast was great and full of variety. The communal space was lovely and fresh and check in staff were very helpful.

The information to get to the city centre. There was a shuttle bus which should have been recommended to us to take to the airport then a bus from the airport. Instead we had to pay an uber which was not necessary if the former had been mentioned. The pool was being cleaned and took a long time so we couldn't utilise it. But that doesn't really make it a bad place. Should we have used it, it looked lovely !

The property was modern and clean. It was very close to the airport and the shuttle was appreciated. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor seating area.

I would have given it an overall 10 score but for the fact that they do not use What’s App or anything similar. Since it’s an airport hotel, I would expect that I should be able to call the shuttle without having a French phone number. Communicating with them through the booking app was unresponsive.

The room was ideal for my two night stay. The breakfast was ok but I would have prefered a choice of tea as well as the coffee on offer. The evening meals were good, although the choice on the menu wasn't large. A pleasant stay overall.

For the money the hotel ticks all the boxes. If you want luxury you will need to move closer to the city, but for airport stops it is perfectly adequate.

Handy for airport. Regular shuttle bus service. Luggage storage free. Breakfast delicious. Lounge/ foyer has plenty of seating. Also seating outside under canopy or around the pool. Room a good size. Loved the bath with the shower over it. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Enjoyed a dinner and a lunch here as well as the breakfast - all lovely food.

Missed the swimming pool being open.

The room was an adequate size for us with a double bed and pull out bed. The evening meal on the half board rate was perfect for the adults the children's menu was ok but lacked variety. The buffet breakfast was great. The Hotel airport shuttle service was excellent, it even picked us up from the train station to take us to the hotel.

Close to the Marseille Airport with a free shuttle. Breakfast was good, typical continental. Worked great for a one night stay before heading back to the airport.

Calling for the shuttle is tricky. I was glad to have read other reviews that suggested to go to the shuttle pickup area to call, rather than looking for it in the airport with the current construction.

Room was great, bed was very comfortable. We had a great breakfast, lots of selection.

location is in an industrial area and no restaurants within walking distance. There is a restaurant at the hotel, however we were told they were only serving pizza the night we were there and we were looking for something more.

The staff were very friendly, the day manager went out of her way to assist us when she heard us talking amongst ourselves. Unfortunately we were too tired to make it to breakfast, but was told by other colleagues that it was very good.

There is no lift

Staff very accommodating and friendly. Restaurant: good food and great breakfast!

The elevator is located so far away from the reception area, half way through you think you've missed it and of course there are no wall signs or arrows to indicate where to find it. Really annoying when you're very tired and jetlagged!!
