This is not a fancy place in a historic old part of town, it is a basic hotel for people on their way somewhere. I stayed because my apartment was not ready in Aix and it was all I could get on short notice. I was really pleasantly surprised. The staff were delightful, the room well equipped. I particularly appreciated the built in desk/table along the window. The breakfast and dinners were inexpensive, but great for the price. And there is a little garden where you can have your meals. The shower was especially nice for an American, a real shower head.

It was really really hot in France and the hotel has an air condition system 👏. We stayed a night before in a hotel in Langres, a bit more expensive and had no air cond. We were so thrilled to have the aircond. We had dinner at the hotel and the waitress was really sweet and nice which made our dinning experience a lot more pleasant.

It was surprisingly better than I expected! The double room was spacious enough, the shower had great pressure, the breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is not super central, but it was perfect for us!

This hotel was a surprise because of its Star rating. The breakfast and dinner available was very good. The room was reasonable size for the 3 of us, but clean and comfortable.

There wasn't anything we didn't like

Very comfy rooms, spacious, and warm. The staff was so nice and helpful.

The TV had no remote or buttons so we couldn't usr it. The second room had a very small single bed, too small for any child over 10. The rooms were a bit noisy but nothing too bad.

Good location for traveling by car as it is located near to the highway, and has its car parking in front of the rooms.

It has minibar at the rooms, but the receptionist offered us to keep our food in the fridge of the bar, and it was good solution.

Nicely set outside of the city center for travelers that need parking space and easy connections to surrounding places. Clean room, comfy beds. Didn't take the breakfast option. Staff at the reception desk was not very kind and were a bit on the down side using English. However, the general impression is that it was a pleasant stay.

The hairdryer in our room was not functioning, so they provided a portable one. However there is not a plug to use it in the bathroom, the only one being close to the bed. One day they forgot to leave towels in our room, so I went at the reception desk and they told me to wait for the cleaning lady to come in 1 hour. Upon my insisting, they gave me the towels within a couple of minutes.

Large, clean room. Excellent breakfast with great range of cheese and high quality ingredients. Very helpful staff

Good sized room, clean, large bathroom, hot drink facilities in room and twin beds. Parking available and easy drive into the city.

Was unable to get two cards for the room.

Good value for money hotel and part of a chain. A good location for the town and there was free parking and an easy bus service into the centre of the old Aix....taking about 10 minutes. The rooms were clean and perfectly serviceable for a short stay, the beds wonderfully comfortable. Staff very friendly. Added bonus of a restaurant, if you didn't wish to eat in town. Good menu which included a combination buffet which was great and such a variety. Would recommend
