Amazing location, perfect for solo travellers like me who stay for a 2-3 days. Perfect if you have a vehicle, has parking, although parking space does get full if you are out all day driving and get back in the night and there is no parking spaces available. The room was cosy, hot water, clean, location was perfect, easy access to highway to get to airport and around. Reception has a microwave which is handy for when you want to reheat your food. Big plus. Definitely would stay again 10/10

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The staff are extremely friendly. All are nice and helpful. You can reach anywhere from here either with bus or rented car. There is plenty of parking spaces. Next to it is a big station with bus/flixbus parking lot and the highway.

There is a strange smell on the first floor at the door after the stair. But it doesn't reached into the room, so it is rather ok.

We were just one night at this place traveling from Croatia to Portugal. Hotel was clean, staff was helpful and polite. Room was small but good enough for one night stay. Value for money was good but not excellent. If we needed just an overnight we would come back to this hotel, we would not choose it for longer stays.

Just what we were looking for, clean and reasonable and close to the city center. Our room was facing a fairly busy road, but the walls must be super thick as we didn't hear a thing and I'm a light sleeper. We were just passing through.I needed a place to stay' but i'm so glad we stopped in Aix-en-Provence for a few hours. Fantastic city! We'll be back!

A bit of mold in shower booth No lift

Amazing staff, helpful and understanding. Overall good value for money, breakfast was plentiful and of decent quality. Easy to checkin/out. Check out was at 12pm so better than alternatives.

Overall facility looked a bit worn and dusty. Budget hotel so the walls are thin and you could hear people in the corridor or watching TV in the next room. Brekfast had to be ordered on the previous day, probably understandingly but would have been good to eat something.

We were very pleased with the disability room which we had booked. The breakfast was very good, with scrambled eggs and bacon an unexpected treat!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and there was a variety of breakfast items, including bacon and eggs. The location was perfect, as the central coach station is across the road

During the early hours of the morning - 2.00/3.00am - there were room doors being slammed, and individuals shouting in the car park, which can be disconcerting and trying to get back to sleep.

Staff are accommodating. Good location if you want to stay out of Aix city center. Few meters away from the bus station if you want to visit the city.

Easy to park, room was clean and had aircon which was needed! The breakfast was small but had everything you need. The staff were very friendly

No food options in the evening and to far out to walk to anywhere
