Excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the city centre, and Cours Mirabeau. Quiet, calm, and very comfortable. A small kitchen area gave us independence to eat and drink as and when needed, and nearby shops (such as Bio C Bon or Utile) meant supplies were easy to find. Staff were pleasant, polite and helpful, including helping to retrieve a personal item left in our room by mistake. We recommend!

Building improvement works still in progress. Our room was totally renovated so very comfortable. Others were still in progress, with much of the outer building covered in scaffolding - this made entrances more complex to identify. Workmen were careful, only starting work after 0900h. Between making our booking and arrival, the hotel changed its' name. There are several Odalys in the area, so this made it more complex to locate using satnav!

I have been to the Odalys City Aix en Provence L'Atrium several times. I appreciate its convenient location, comfortable stay, and, most of all, the plentiful breakfasts with plenty of hot and cold dishes, cheeses, and fruits, including dried fruits and seeds.

The accommodation price should be lower. During my stay there was a facade reconstruction and carpets in corridors were dirty (more frequent cleaning was necessary). My room was fine; the shower water was not hot enough.

The air conditioner worked well--which was very important since it was very hot. The location is great, easy to get anywhere in the city. The appliances were a plus. There was a grocery store nearby. The shower worked well.

Thought we were going to have dedicated parking. We used a public underground lot nearby so it worked out. There was trash in the kitchen trash can when we arrived. We took care of that. Parts of the bathroom need repairing.

I have stayed for the first time in this hotel. The breakfast was so plentiful as in the 4* hotels including five kinds of fresh crispy bread, three kinds of sweet pastry, and two kinds of croissants. I highly appreciated scrambled eggs, sausages and ham, and delicious cheeses. Wide plenty of cereals and dried fruit.

The hotel apartment is not as cosy as other hotels in Aix. The room has air heating with the centra temperature control that works only at night.

I have been to Odalys city several times, but this visit was the best because I have received a room after renovation which was brand new, and everything was so clean and comfortable. As for every visit, plentiful and generous breakfasts and kind and helpful staff are a matter of course!

This apartment has everything you need, especially during hot summers! The airconditioning is fantastic (and if you have a multiple-room apartment, it's in every room). The kitchen area is well-equipped.

The apartments could use a fresh lick of paint and a little renovation work. (but honestly, it was fine for me)

Front desk people very fluent in English, and willing to speak French with me, too. I requested a new light bulb in the morning when I went to school, and it was there when I returned. The room's double windows worked miraculously to shut out the street noise so I could concentrate on my French homework! I was there to go to language school at 30 Blvd École Militaire. I could walk there in about 15 minutes. There's a supermarket a 1/2 block away, plus couple smaller markets. Also an easy walk to and from Cours Mirabeau, where movie theater, Monoprix department store (groceries in basement), stationer's, cafés/restaurants, and various shops can easily be found. The hotel breakfast was excellent, everything I could want was provided, and all was of higher quality. ALSO, on my last day there I discovered a large, complete health food store right next door to the hotel! It is set back from the street in the Place John Rewald. The name is Bio C' Bon. All food products sold there, including, bulk coffee, herbs, and snack foods, as well as produce and non-toxic remedies and cosmetics.

I felt the bathtub was VERY slippery, I didn't go request a rubber bathmat at front desk, but did buy some stick-on grips which I left to be used in that tub!

The location. Just in the city center with a very nice parking. Parking was extra 14 euro per day, which i did not see in the booking details, but it was just underneath the hotel. Is worthy the money.

The apartment wasn’t cleans. It’s ok to just sleep there, but not to look on the walls or furniture.

Friendly people. Our bicycles were parked in a very safe fully closed courtyard. It’s also a smoking area. So we locked the bicycles with a small bicycle lock. Just to be safe. We had a very nice small appartement. Everything was very clean. The bed was good. And the WIFI was fast. There is a little kitchen we’re you can prepare small meals as no breakfast. It’s in walking distance of the old city center.

The garbage can was way too small. There was only half a bag in it.

Reception staff was amazing. We felt welcome and looked after. The hotel is located within 5 minutes walking distance from the pedestrianized city centre. Parking was free over the weekend. Room was simple, basic but clean. There was a garden and above all a superb breakfast. I had the best bread, french cheese and coffee. Breakfast was included in the price and was equal to a 5 star hotel.
