The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. The hotel is an easy walk from the center and it took only 5 minutes walking. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing that could be a problem would be the parking. Not easy to park and not many available spaces. However we managed so not a problem for us.

Like i mentioned in my review the parking is not easy at this hotel. The parking is kind of uphill so you are the lucky one if you arrive early and can park on the left. But this is nothing to be done about this anyway so i just want to mention it so the next guests will be aware.

Great hotel. Sprawls around the site so feels quite spacious. Modest sized breakfast room but it works really well as the staff are so attentive and helpful. Tables cleared and food topped up extremely efficiently. Everything you’d need there and in good variety. Our room was excellent, bath by choice ( but no shower). Comfortable bed. Small fridge. Kettle but only herbal teas and no milk! The old town is lovely, delightful shops, lots of restaurants, ideal wandering place to fill many hours. We had two days there and that was ideal. Not to be missed if you are travelling around this area.

The hotel is just outside the old town centre. Maybe three/four minutes walk. It’s up a small slope from the main road. We had been very close to booking a hotel actually within the old town itself but we’re really pleased we had not. You would have great trouble parking. The streets in town are crowded and tight. Any underground hotel parking would be awkward in anything other than a really tiny car. We saw many couples hauling suitcases up cobbled streets.. And it was a little noisy. Just being those few minutes walk away was actually ideal. At the Mozart there are about a dozen free parking spaces at the front on the slope, we had no trouble finding a space at any point. Think there was secure underground parking but we didn’t look for it.

It was well located, very convenient for excursions into the city and venues I wanted and needed to find. The room was spacious, well appointed and clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. And, the breakfast service was offered at convenient times and provided a good variety of breakfast foods and beverages. The parking arrangement for my rental care was perfect and reasonably priced. I would be happy to recommend it to fellow travelers.

Really lovely hotel near old town area of Aix. Rooms were clean, well equipped and nice. Bathrooms were clean and very nice, even though the showers were small, they weren't too bad. There was barely some noise from the streets but nothing too loud. There are plenty and beautiful outdoor sitting areas, which were very relaxing.

The doors had gaps around them and because of that you could often hear your neighbors comings and goings and conversations in the hallway.

Location is great, with a short walk time center. Parking on site, but costs extra. Room had a tiny patio, which was also nice.

What would have been otherwise a pleasant stay at this accommodation is now bittersweet, because I forgot my headphones in the hotel. Staff was very nice and said they can send it via mail to my home address. BUT, I need to give them my credit card details first so they can charge me. This is not how it works as a credit card owner you NEVER give CC details to anyone, especially not over the phone or email. I offered to make a UPN transaction, but they refused as they always do it by credit card. Booking customer service was also of no use. So now I either risk getting scammed and losing my money, or have additional costs with canceling and creating a new credit card, or I just buy new headphones.

The hotel is located a short walk from the old city walls. There is parking on site, which was very convenient. We parked outside for free, but they also have secure, covered parking under the building. There is an elevator, making it handy to manage baggage. Lots of things to do in Aix, a university town with a vibrant atmosphere.Unfortunately the Cezanne Atelier was closed during our visit. We did visit the Caumont Museum which was excellent, the Tapestry Museum and the Vasarely Foundation, which was stunning. The breakfast buffet was ample and varied Plenty of coffee options. Seating inside or outdoors on nice days.

Our room was delightful, upstairs . A little balcony overlooking gardens . The hotel is very cozy and nicely decorated … A part of town with easy walking around …

The breakfast was not good … very sparse , the orange juice was not natural … no eggs . The only good item was the croissant which the owner goes out to buy in the mornings … the rest not interesting at all … Careful if your room is upstairs as there is not an elevator … but our room was n so nice we didn’t mind ..

Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and although not massive, perfectly fit for purpose. Beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was just right, area was lovely. If you are looking for a relaxed, fuss free Hotel with free parking and excellent access to the beautiful city of Aix, then I highly recommend the Mozart. We had a wonderful stay. Thankyou to all of the staff.

Le Mozart had everything you needed to make your stay pleasant and lots of little details were thought of by the hotels staff/owners to add to your comfort

The parking was a bit difficult on days when the occupancy was high, so perhaps the front of the hotel parking and the underground car park should be made more easily accessable and perhaps more space could be left for turning vehicles in front of the main entrance?

Breakfast selection was very good. Air-conditioning and tv functioned well. Good water pressure in shower. Appreciated the garden view from my bedroom. Quiet and peaceful location, easy walking distance to the old town. The presence and support from the staff was appreciated.

Could cleaning staff be quieter. Better hairdryer.
