Perfect location, room is spatious and comfortable with pretty decor. Our room was also really quiet. A small desk and a table are definitely a plus. We could easily walk to the centre in a short amount of time. Breakfast was very nice - the confitures were simply delicious! The employees were generally super helpful and friendly. There was a male employee (I can’t remember the name, I’m sorry!) at reception who had only been in Aix for 3 months who was super friendly and gave us some dinner recommendations :)

One important thing was missing: dish soap and a sponge. These are really impractical to buy on holiday and I think if you offer a kitchen then you should provide cleaning supplies for people who actually intend to use it. In my opinion it is just as essential as shower gel in the bathroom. Also, in a hotel with guests from abroad, the employees at reception should really be comfortable with English. None of these ruin our stay of course but they would definitely improve the experience :)

I believed that I could park in the accommodation and I could not make a reservation, but I was embarrassed to receive a text message saying that I could not park because it was fully booked before I arrived. It is not easy to find the parking lot at the first day of my visit, but fortunately, there was a cancellation of the reservation when I arrived.

The hotel was a 10-minute walk from the bus station and 15 minutes from the center. The room was clean. There were plenty of tools left in the kitchen for use. The air conditioner was powerful enough to cool the room. There was an extra ventilation for the kitchen.

There were no slippers in the hotel room. Although I stayed for 5 days, my room was only cleaned once and no information was given about which day, when I arrived one day my room was cleaned but probably if I had asked beforehand they would have helped. The shampoo box in the bathroom was half full. It was enough but I did not like the feeling of using someone else's leftovers.

A clean and comfy twin room, with plenty of space, a powerful shower and air con unit and a broadly well-equipped kitchenette. The hotel is easy to get to from the bus and train stations and a short work from central Aix, with a bakery a short walk through the adjoining park also.

While I have no issue with them not cleaning the room during a short stay, it would have been appreciated if larger quantities of staples like washing-up liquid and toilet roll could be provided.

This residence is at a fair distance to the old city center, and even closer to the Mazarine city center. Neutrally equipped rooms, kitchenette is a plus. Breakfast really pleasant with fresh and healthy products.

You should be aware, if you stay more than 1 night, that the cleaning of the rooms and changing of towels is not included (you can order specifically for an up rate, it makes it less than a typical hotel, despite the rate). Also, you need to be very lucky to get a parking place at your arrival (we got one the next day, after extensive begging). Even less understandable, there is no temporary parking available next to the residence for unloading luggage (should be compulsory).

Ultra clean modern hotel walkable by 10 mins into centre of Aix. The underground secure parking was also a bonus. Staff were very courteous and the manager Corrinne Spitz was excellent front of house and dealt with an issue very professionally. She has trained a good team.

It’s like an apart hotel so your room is not tidied daily which did not bother us as tidy people, but for those that prefer this service there is an additional charge.

The hotel is really clean and have good commodities (comfortable beds, modern furnitures, pretty window view, super effective air conditioner, pretty reception floor we can stay in). Room service is really appreciable, even for a stay that did not exceed 10 days, towels and lincels were changed. The location is near the city center, it is like a 10-15 minutes walk to get downtown. The staff was nice and available. I really enjoyed my stay in this establishment, i would totally recommend.

This hotel in Provence has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The equipped kitchen, washing machine, and coffee maker are great perks. Plus, everything in the hotel seems very new and well-maintained, which is a big plus.

However, the one significant drawback is the sewage smell we noticed in our room. Despite this, the hotel has a lot of potential, and with some improvement in this area, it could easily reach 5 stars.

Very comfortable and spacious room, beautifully furnished. Really comfy bed. Everything looks brand new. Lovely welcome at reception, all staff very helpful and friendly. Great location, only 10 minute walk from bus station, and 10 minute walk into town. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended this hotel.

Only negative thing was smell coming from shower drain but I just put a towel over the drain and this solved it, think this is a common problem in European hotels sometimes.

Clean and tidy room. Underground parking (15 eur/day) is great if you can find a spot.

Some of the reception staff could not speak a word of English - if you are in this business you should speak English. My 100 Euro deposit was returned only 2 days later, after I sent them a few messages. Advance reservation for parking is not available, so finding a spot is a matter of luck.
