Nice room, great cooking and eating facilities, good bathroom. Quite close to the centre of Aix, esp Cours Mirabeau. Just round the corner from an excellent patisserie, and a very well-stocked Monoprix.

Room smelt a little smoky when we checked in. And I’ve just noticed that one or two others had difficulty spotting the terminal that delivered the keys. Must say that was our experience too – probably accentuated by the fact that it was raining when we arrived and so we wanted to get under cover quickly. So it would be good if the info sent made it clear that the key terminal is on the outside wall of the building, not in the doorway. Everything else was fine.

The property is modern, spotless and beautifully designed. It is as what is in the photos. It’s a 5 minute walk from the Rotonde fountain which is the main centre point in the city and a 15 min walk from the local train station. While I didn’t use it I thought the kiosk with food for cooking in the lobby was a great idea!

I arrived in a heat wave so was a little frustrated with the heat - the air con wasn’t strong enough for me and too noisy for me to have on when sleeping. I found it difficult to get my keys as I didn’t realise the ‘terminal’ was on the wall on the street as I approached the property from the nearby corner - perhaps this could be made clearer in the instructions.

Great location close to everything. Easy check-in and clear instructions. Modern, clean and well-equipped apartment. Responsive and helpful staff. Convenient storage room for the luggage for free.

Unfortunately, one of the bed legs appeared to be missing, causing the middle section to sink, and making it very difficult to sleep. However, when I informed the staff the following day, they reacted promptly, apologised and offered a €50 compensation for the inconvenience.

The hotel room was comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Good air con and decent kitchen. The location is excellent, bars and restaurants, shopping complex and the Cours all readily accessible.

The biggest issue we had is there are MAJOR construction works right next door to the hotel. Significant excavation across a large site, work starts at 7.30am Mon-Sat. Due to the nature of the work stage the noise was deafening and the vibration can be felt in the room. There's no staff, it's self service, this is fine but we were asked to pay our tourist taxes at the machine inside the hotel which wasn't working. Emailed but got no response.

Location is in a residential side street but close on foot to the center of Aix. Check in is automated and there is no staff on site. We stored luggage for several hours in a designated spot with some worry, but it ended well. Owner showed up when we asked to check something in the room, so no problem. A/C was powerful which was important during the heat wave. The rooms are not large but sufficient. There is a small table with 2 chairs, and some plates and other dishes in the kitchenette so we could take our breakfasts there. A small Carrefour is several minutes away on foot. Good value for money which is what matters most.

Trash has to be taken out by the guest when checking out, and dishes washed, this wasn't difficult but a point to bear in mind. Owner recommended to park in the Rotonde, this turned out to be 25 Euro for less than 24 hours. Cheaper to park on the street and use the meter system, also much closer and convenient though safety unknown.

Everyone could say they want something better in life. But looking at the big picture as to where we are and what we’ve got. I can’t complain. I liked it all

It felt like living in a house. The living room, bedroom and kitchen felt comfortable and was clean. Free laundry and drier machines to use! I enjoyed the shared and gated courtyard. Accommodation was right next to the old town within less than 5minute walk.

The shower tap was cold. I wasn't able to get warmer water running.

Amazing gem in the middle of Aix en Provence. Given it’s location, it’s easy to walk to either the train station or to the city center. Feels like a bunch of small studios. At around 3 pm on the day of your arrival they’ll email you the code for opening the door on the street. Afterwards, check in / check out is very self explanatory via a touch screen right by the door. The room itself was spacious enough for 1-2 people without a lot of luggage. Bathroom nice and clean. Kitchen is equipped in case you want to cook something up (no oil or condiments though).

Self check in and easy to locate. Very near and walkable distant to shopping malls and markets. Also short distance to the bus station of Aix.

Nothing except other customers always leave their laundry unattended and in the washer after done washing.
