Easy access to and from Aix and highways to travel to various locations. It is way better to stay at the Novotel than in Aix or any town or city nearby if you intend to visit villages and see lavender fields.

The dinners at the hotel were mediocre and the chef needs to kick up his cooking skills a lot. We really needed to eat dinner at the hotel a few nights so we had hoped French cuisine there would be delicious. The pork tenderloin was dry and old. The pool wasn’t that attractive but good to be in and it was clean.

Very nice place, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable, with really good view of pool and garden, and the room size is quite big as well which is out of my expectation. Kettle and tea bags are also provided in the room which is very helpful. I need an extra duvet which is provided. I was unwell on my last day of the journey and the reception is very considerate to allow me to check out a bit later and even expand it a bit longer with a good price.

All Novotels provide a comfortable overnight stay, I reckon. They're easy to find, have ample parking and a reasonable restaurant and do a good breakfast. This one ticked all those boxes. They are not the cheapest but do the job for travellers in a professional manner.

Their breakfast particularly for vegetarians, didn't have many options and it was not worth the 19 Euros per adult.

Lacks discipline on parking from many visitors occupying 2 places instead of one. Only one elevator for the entire building

Very comfortable room, easy on/off the highway yet still close enough to walk into the heart of town.

Would have loved to have free coffee and water available in the lobby, or a coffee maker in the room.

I loved how close we were to the town, only a 5 min drive. Great value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Room was modern and newly updated.

Everything was great except the hard pillows.

I liked the location as a place and easy parking, I liked all the staff, very clean and relaxing place to be.

My fault, I didn’t realise out of town so I was disappointed with myself.

The hotel has a beautiful terrace with a lovely restaurant and bar. There is also a really nice pool. The room was modern and very clean
