The swimming pool had a dirty tide mark around the perimeter. Also although there were an adequate number of sun beds there only two sunshades, one of them was broken that left only one which meant the pool could not be used to it’s full potential. Sadly.

Amazing hotel, the best sleep in a super comfy for a long time. Lovely pool. Friendly staff

Clean hotel, breakfast selection good. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice swimming pool. For us, staying to attend a Rugby match, well positioned half way between Rugby stadium and the centre of Provence, but may be a bit far out for people wanting to be in the centre.

The seal had obviously gone at the back of the shower and water leaked into the bedroom. We did inform th staff straight away, but don't think anything was done about it during our stay. The pool bar was not always staffed, could of had a bell or something to alert staff you wanted serving. Pool towels were not replenished very frequently. The lighting was not very bright

My room, good size, bathroom good, efficient a.c.; room upgrade given; breakfast; bar; car parking; opera festival I went there for; Couple from Munich I met there.

It is in a boring part, bedroom overlooking a mass of cars (for sale), no other shops bars etc near. It's not in the Centre Ville as advertised. The heat. I know that's not to do with the hotel itself but it's relevant to the position as you have to walk quite a bit to get to the centre and theatre.

Great location, easily reachable by car (all highways), and 10 min walk from the city center. Spacious & Clean Room, great comfy bed. Friendly staff. The pool and patio is so refreshing, especially during summer. Spacious (but paid - 16€/day) underground parking.

Really to say something: - Gluten free option at Breakfast was very, very limited. - 16€/day parking on top of the room rate, is a bit expensive. - Maybe increase the pool time in the evening (only 20:00)

Spacious room with everything you need for a stay, bar was lovely as was swimming pool, all across the hotel was spotlessly clean and staff so helpful and friendly

No fridge in room and location was a bit to far from restaurant etc, a good 15 minutes down a very long road to get to Main Street which wasn’t to bad walking down in daylight but coming back felt a bit dodgy, no walking pedestrians so felt very uncomfortable but that’s just how we felt, we did get a taxi 1 night which was 8 euros so not to bad, other than the location the Hotel was lovely

Nice comfortable clean good sized room and an ideal location. Car Parking is very convenient and easily accessible. lastly, i have to mention the amazing scent in the hotel, it smells wonderful and very pleasant.

Not much, only one comment regarding the air conditioning that wasn't functioning well unfortunately, room was very humid and i woke up at night sweating, and for sometime it was even leaking.

The breakfast room and staff at the breakfast were really amazing and professional and the breakfast in itself was great - great value for money

Unfortunately my room was right across the elevator so I heard the elevator until very late at night and very early in the morning

Very nice room, comfortable with plenty of space. Good parking behind the hotel which is free at the weekends. Old town with its many restaurants and heritage sites is only about 15 minutes walk

Breakfast was laid out very fussily and it was quite difficult to work out what was available. Some signage on the main road would make locating the hotel easier.

Nice and surprisingly calm pool area, super helpful and friendly staff, underground parking, quiet room, city center within walking distance

Minor recommandations: Optimize processesAt the breakfast buffet, I was twice asked by stuff to sign for breakdast bill even though it was prepaid. Please take care that cutlery at breakfast tables is clean
