Although we arrived very late ,the owner was very kind and waited for us. She guided us how to arrive and if you follow exactly the instructions ,it is imposible to fail. The room was perfect,warm and clean. French breackfast was enough for two persons and with an incredible view. With other words,was great.

We wish we stayed longer.

What a view! Located right up on the hillside in Le Tignet above Cannes. Lovely, airy room and beautiful bathroom tiled with travertine. Breakfast was upstairs in a magnificent setting looking out towards the sea. On a clear day, you can sometimes see Corsica. Isabelle and her husband were lovely hosts. Despite Isabelle not being able to speak English, she could understand some, and with my (very) basic French, we were able to communicate without a problem. Isabelle was very helpful with tips and information about the area. Nearby, there is the lovely village of Cabris with some nice restaurants and a very cute old area.

I had no problem but be prepared for a very steep and twisty drive up the hill. The last section has to be negotiated in first gear, but don’t be too hesitant. You need to give your car some beans to get it up the hill and around the corners. Any car is fine (you don’t need a 4WD), but you need to attack the hill or you’ll end up rolling down into the sea! Going down is much easier.

Very homely with panoramic views. Hosts very keen to help.

Access - steep/rough track without signage to verify that the house was, indeed, at the end of the track. We need the host to show us the way to prove that it was navigable!

Peaceful and a wonderful view. Pleasant owner. Breakfast included homemade jams which were excellent.

All good. But be aware that the road leading to it is very steep!

The view over the Provence. There was a water boiler in the room and some bags of coffee and tea. The landlady was very friendly.

The road - street - up to the place was FAR too steep and narrow, even for our 4 wheel drive Jeep, it did not feel comfortable. We did not dare to drive down for dinner. Driving back in the darkness could have been dangerous. The breakfast includid nothing salty (rolls, butter, cheese, ham, eggs etc), only croisants and jelly. One cannot take an evening walk in the neigbourhood, there is only those steep steep roads around. There was no AC and no protection screens for mosquitos at the windows. The room was hot, but the window could not be open!
