Our double room 402 with balcony with sea view on 4th floor had just been renovated with brand new bathroom. The beds were the best we had slept in out of 7 hotels. In the reception we could buy a ticket for the parking so it only would cost 6€ as long as you were barking. (not leaving and come back)

the floor had not been cleaned for long time. I always make my test with toilet papers under my shoes - and it became quite dark :-(

Hotel Panorama is situated at excellent location and short walk into the old town. Despite being on a main road, the room was very quiet and on top very nice. I also liked the great view from the balcony! The bed was comfortable and the large bathroom was clean with a powerful shower. It perfectly matched my needs and I was happy I chose this place for a few nights. I was given a code to the main door so didn't need any assistance from the reception staff. WIFI also worked well.

The exterior of the hotel is very shabby and dated, in fact, when I arrived and saw the hotel, my heart sunk...it looked so ugly I doubted my choice. Luckily the room was perfect. Also the reception needs some renovation, everything looks a bit old. It definitely needs some upgrade and a proper clean out of all the strange miss-matched decoration!!!

The location of the hotel is near the center of the town…the parking is just cross the street and there is an other one not far from the hotel, Its simple …efficient…quiet and very clean!!! The breakfast is also very nice !!! The staff is very kind too!!

Fantastic location balcony overlooks the market place with a view to the Mediterranean, we were lucky in that the morning after are arrival was beautiful and sunny and we were able to sit on the balcony in the morning sun.

It is in the centre of Grasse and therefore it is quite noisy but that is to be expected because of the location.

Room was lovely, had a balcony with a great view. Location in the center of town great. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating, especially when it came to the parking. A really good experience. The only time in my stay in France that a hotel had washcloths. Yeah!!!

The only hiccup was that on booking.com I ordered a room for one - it automatically changed it to 2 I changed it back to 1, and wrote and told the hotel. Somehow this did not register with Booking.com and I was charged for two people, not one. This was an error with Booking.com not the hotel.

Central location and Gabriel was exceptional

It definitely has a character and although the decor might not be everyones taste, you can tell that a loving hand put them there. I get what people meant by the strong perfume smell but I swear it’s fine and it’s just in the lobby.

They could renew the shower equipment, it works fine but looks a bit rusty.

I thought your breakfast room was delightful. I only had time for an early cappucinno but the food and set tables looked lovely.

I liked everything, but possibly too much floral decoration at the entrance to reception area!
