The owner is the best: she takes care of everything, is always on her task and the task is: my guests are my priority, their needs are mine, their satisfaction is my goal; she prepares the best breakfast ever: homemade marmalades with the fruits and herbs from surroundings, further a delicious lemon juice, a bit alcoholic and sparkling, but unforgettable and she offers it at guests' arrival on the wonderful terraces with a breathless wide view. The available shared kitchen is fully equipped with coffee and hot water machines, there is a large refrigerator and stoves, utensils, glasses and dishes and some sweeties, too. A very nice dog hangs around sometimes, but is very quiet and polite and the owner provides he does not disturb the guests. The room, private bathroom and two entrances, are well equipped and the temperature is very good for at the location it is. Each of the available three has a private table in the common porche. But first floor terrace is available also for serving your own dinner and enjoy it with the beautiful view.

Just as an advice: there is no large space available at the property for parking, but there are two free parking lot really close to it.

Boun was a very nice host. We liked the view from the terrace where we had our breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Her breakfast was a mixture of different jams everyday. There was fresh bread every morning as well as pastries and fruits. It’s location is very close to the town of Grasse where we visited Fragonard perfume factory and boutique .It was also close to many cities we wanted to visit. All in all a perfect little gem.

Our room was perfectly comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. It was wonderful that we had access to a kitchen. We enjoyed the beautiful view. Our host was kind, respectful and helpful. She prepared us a breakfast with her unique homemade jams.

This was a great off the beaten path bed and breakfast. Room was very cozy and comfortable. The breakfast on the terrace with the beautiful view was great. And the owner was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. A great experience!!

The house was neat, necelý decorated with wonderful view & located in the center of The Provance near to the French riviera. The host was really kind, helpful and advicing us great local places to see but also provide info when needed. Wvery day we started with great breakfast on a terrase in a shadow & beautiful view on the country.

A lovely place to stay with a very friendly and helpful owner. Great base to visit the French Riviera - Menton, Cap d'Antibes and explore Grasse. So much to see but not enough time to see it all. Plan to return

Lovely position but away from main town of Grasse for the evenings but was so much to see during the day it was good to relax at Lou Candelou in the evenings and as there were good cooking facilities it wasn't a problem to us and also was a good restaurant nearby

The highlight of the stay is definitely the environment which is absolutely beautiful, the vista you get at breakfast is priceless. Additionally, the host is extremely pleasant and super helpful if you need anything. We've rarely encountered someone trying to help us with so many things. The host also serves homemade marmalades you can later but which is a really tasty feature.

The wifi in our room was a tad weak and my girlfriend said the mattress was a bit too hard (although I slept like a log). The parking is no problem if you are a confident driver but the place is up a steep hill so consider that before coming. You can also park at the bottom of the hill and just walk up for 5 minutes. Otherwise there is really little to dislike about this place.

Fabulous welcome from Boun and made to feel at home and so comfortable. Communal breakfasts provided a fun opportunity to meet a variety of people all visiting the area. Delicious home made jams and so peaceful.

Nice and cozy stay, friendly and discrete owner. Location quiet, with a nice panoramic view to the neighbouring hills.

GPS brought me to a wrong address, and they already had the experience. Unfortunately, it was a little bit late, so I think it was unpleasant for them. It must somehow be improved...

Everything was perfect! The room very pretty of a decent size, bathroom big. Independent entrance which was very handy considering we arrived late at night, it gives on a small garden with chairs and tables, very pleasant. Breakfast amazing, simple but tasty with homemade jam and fruit. View from the terrace outstanding. There is also a communal kitchen with fridge and everything which we found super convenient.

It mentions there is a parking at the property but it is not exactly true. Space is very limited, two cars at most and it's on a very steep and tight ascent. We have done it when we got there because late at night and not knowing the surrounding but the next day we parked at the bottom of the street where there is a free parking lot. Much better. The location is convenient to visit Grasse and surrounding but not much if you are planning to go to the sea.
