Food: we absolutely love the bistro, we spent the NY there and food was delicious, magical atmosphere, great service with lots of smiles. Room: the family suite was very royal, loved everything! Spa, Bar, Jan 1st brunch, golf practice….everything wad great!

Maybe consider to change the towels from the spa, all is impeccable, only the towels look really bad. Small incident on the last day: body lotion instead of conditioner in our bathroom. It felt weird, so I put more :-)). When my hair dried, it looked like I took a back in cream. Funny way to start the NY.

This was a beautiful, extremely comfortable hotel. Brilliant staff, fab facilities.. the spa was excellent and the public areas were stunning. Our room was spacious and very luxurious..superb bed... maybe pillows could be softer? And bathroom was large and well stocked.

We thought the gastronomic restaurant was very expensive for not especially special food. Surrounding beautiful but food left us cold. The Bistrot, however, was very nice indeed.. much tastier food. Perhaps a personal taste.

L'Aupiho definitely worth a stop, the beetroot is to die for. Our room was super confortable and the spa relaxing and enjoyable. Not a huge fan of the Golf but there was a lot of nice places for a morning run.

Breakfast was slightly average. The winter garden is great, the "viennoiseries" were visually beautiful but disappointing to the bite. A better selection of fresh fruits would also be nice.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place truly deserves it. It was absolutely amazing—full of charm and taste, yet incredibly family-friendly. As parents traveling with a young child, it’s rare to find a spot that blends style with thoughtful kids’ amenities, especially in Provence, but this one nailed it. We felt completely at home and cared for.

excellent facilities in beautiful surroundings.

the lack of wifi connection. the prices for drinks were eye watering. it might be a 5 star hotel but that’s no excuse to charge exorbitant prices. charging guests for every little thing possible. for example, I would expect the hotel to provide bikes for guests especially when the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and cycling in the countryside is promoted as a hotel attraction. don’t then charge €30 an hour to hire them out.

The property is amazingly we had a minor issue at the second floor restaurant for dinner. The manejar of the restaurant the day after came and we exposed the situation and everything was clear. The service provided by Gael at the concierge is high level. I would say that it’s the best I have experienced. People at reception and bell very good! Thanks

Overall, it was beautiful, the food was excellent, and we enjoyed the few amenities they had like the beautiful pool and golf. It was also a good jumping off point for nearby towns like Arles, Saint-Remy and Baux.

We traveled with a 10-year-old and 15-year-old and would’ve loved a few more on-site activities like bicycles or tennis.

An incredibly beautiful property with very lovely and helpful staff. Very family friendly which was helpful for us travelling with a baby. It is a wonderful property and the attentive staff made our stay special.

The room was very convenient with a huge bathroom which was great. We went to both Bistro and Restaurant which were really good. Of course the restaurant is the crown jewel - amazing food and staff. We also used the internal swimming pool and SPA which was really good. My wife went for a hot stone massage which was also very good. The hotel is spacious and coming in this time of year allowed us to seat outside while having breakfast, bar drinks and dinner. Finalizing the staff was really supportive, polite and so very helpful!!

Need more electricity outlets in the room.

Spa, pool, restaurant and grounds were exceptional.

Unfortunately we received food poisoning from food consumed in the restaurant. After reporting to the front desk staff, there was little empathy\, and no real suggestions for what could be done to make it right. We requested our water supply in the complimentary mini bar to be refreshed and were told that because it was not refreshed until noon, we would need to pay 8 euro per bottle if we wanted water. Complete nonsense and remorseless.
