the property has a lovely entry to the hotel. We were very comfortable in our room. it was quiet. They accommodated us with an extra twin bed which was very nice to have for our teenager.

the pool was enjoyable, but the clear fence around the pool needed cleaning, the pool gate was very difficult to open and the sides of the pool needed some cleaning. our GPS could not find the hotel, we had to drive around all over the place even though it was on a main road. It's not a reflection on the hotel, but perhaps there is a different address for GPS. There is no elevator.

Very nice and quiet location. Plenty of safe parking on the hotel grounds. The village is within short walking distance, and there were some nice restaurants and shops in the village. The location was also excellent for bicycling in the area - very easy access to wonderful roads. Breakfast was OK even if it was very basic.

The only issue was the childproof lock on the swimming pool which was very stiff and difficult to use. It made getting in and out of the lovely pool stressful and difficult so it would be worth finding another childproof solution

A beautiful location. Peaceful. ALL the staff were friendly and pleasant. We had stayed in this hotel 15 years before for a special occasion, and this time was another such occasion! Still lovely after all those years! Delightful evenings spent dining at the very fine restaurant in the hotel. We hope to come back sooner than 15 years, maybe next year! Thank you.

The rooms are a bit basic and the layout we had wasn't very comfortable. It is fine for a hot stay but for longer one might be an issue

We liked the pool and the breakfast. The dinners were a bit variable. It was quiet and peaceful. We used it as a base and toured around.

Slightly odd reception welcome. Succinct and abrupt and in swift French for a non French speaker made it difficult to understand. A little more empathy there would have been helpful. Just that one male staff member I think that was like that

This is a lovely hotel only 5 mins walk from the village, which has bars, restaurants, and shops including a lovely bio shop. We wanted peace, quiet and rest and this hotel enabled all three. Ideal for our small dog as we had access to the garden from our terrace. We will be back, the staff were so friendly, the cleanliness was 10 out of 10, and the room was very comfortable.

Really appreciated the air conditioning! Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice pool.
