The hotel has a beautiful classic french charming style. There is a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere, and a nice garden. The swimming pool was heated - we regret, that we did not know in advance. The receptionist lady was very kind and welcoming and took time to show us around in the hotel. We had a beautiful room with a terrace. The best arrival at a hotel ever experienced around the world. And in addition a charming decorated restaurant with delicious food.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Mas D'Aigret with our family. The location is absolutely stunning, right in the heart of Les Baux-de-Provence, with amazing views from the hotel. The room was cozy and full of charm, perfect for a family getaway. The kids loved exploring the hotel, especially the parts built into the rock—so unique! The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Having a charging station for our electric car was a big plus—made our trip so much easier! The restaurant was great too; we enjoyed some delicious Provençal dishes.

My stay at Le Mas D'aigret was an absolute dream. I was given a free upgrade and the view from my room could not have been more beautiful. Camille and the whole staff were all so lovely and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, an easy walk into Les Beaux but also remove enough to feel removed. The pool was perfect to relax after exploring and the food at the hotel was also wonderful. Also fabulous hiking around the hotel area... Truly a magical stay!

One thing that could be improved upon was given the fact that as a solo traveler, I didn't want to rent a car, the hotel staff could have been more helpful with taxi service suggestions. I ended up paying for a taxi for a service from Arles who charged me for the taxi service from Arles to Les Beaux every time I used it which was double the rates. It would be nice if the hotel could recommend a good taxi service.

The views are sublime. In the hotel you are surrounded by les Alpilles, views of the castle and a generally peaceful environment. If you want to hang out and enjoy the views, the pool, or sit in the garden or bar, this hotel provides welcoming spaces.

Dinner was good, but could have been better -- more authentic in the sense of being more seasonal. I only took the plat at dinner but was charged for the formule -- an oversight on the part of the staff.

Charming and beautiful, and the owner was friendly and welcoming. There was an olive tree right outside my window and the gardens were so pretty and it was very close to the castle. You could take a little path from the property for a short walk up to the castle. The terrace was beautiful where you could have breakfast or you could have it indoors in the charming cellar

It was lovely and the staff were amazing. The food was exceptional and the views were gorgeous. We could walk to town easily and go on hikes from the property. It was also wonderful to be able to sit outside to eat breakfast or enjoy the views from the balcony!

Amazing location, wonderful staff, great breakfast and dinner. A perfect place for vacation in Les Baux the Provance area.

The rooms are slightly outdated. Note that the toilet is separate from the bathroom, in case it impacts your morning routine 🙂. We were locked outside, on the room's porch, which was unpleasant.

Location, staff/service, heritage/decor

Centipedes invaded our garden door, restaurant was a bit pricey - food quality is adequate but not at an exemplary culinary level to match the prices and quality of the rest of the facility.

A superb location to explore the Baux valley. Wonderful food. And kind, caring staff. I would highly recommend this place.

The best view and location in Les Baux. A charming boutique hotel with very friendly owner and staff. The restaurant is delightful.

The rooms were small. We are travellers on a long journey with a large suitcase. We had to leave it in the car.
