Property is approx. 20 mins walk from train station and opposite nice gardens. Large room with balcony which was a very pleasant place to sit. Very clean. Large comfortable bed. Toilet is separate from Shower room which seems to be common in France. Fridge, microwave provided with cutlery, glasses etc. Whilst we were able to park, the property advised there are more rooms than parking spaces so it could have been tricky and some of spaces are very tight. There is a restaurant on site, but we didn't eat there. There are spa facilities but again we didn't use them.

No sink in toilet was a little inconvenient. We were unable to adjust room temperature (may have been our fault) so room was very hot overnight.

We really enjoyed our stay which was an overnight en route to Brittany. Fantastic apartment, spacious and spotlessly clean. The bedding was of high quality and the guy on reception and at breakfast was friendly and helpful. The location is great, facing a beautiful park and a short stroll to the bars and restaurants. Free parking on site and a use of the indoor pool were also great for us. I'd actually have been happy to stay another night as it was a really calming and stylish hotel in a lovely town.

We knew breakfast wasnt included when we booked but we bought it as an add on when we checked in. I'd have given the hotel a 10 if the breakfast was included in the room rate.

The location is fabulous looking over a gorgeous French square with a garden. This is true for a room on a higher floor not sure what the view is on the ground floor. The lighting in the room was amazing; such a pleasure to be in a hotel room that has huge windows and excellent electrical lighting. The place was immaculate; the sheets were of excellent quality. I loved the big windows. I also liked having a kitchen; you can cook meals if you want to and save money. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. There is also a lovely pool that you reserve for 30 minutes so you get it to yourself!

I thought that the room could come with complimentary coffee/tea as most hotels have in their rooms.

The continental breakfast suited us very well but might not satisfy those requiring a full cooked breakfast. We cannot comment on the restaurant service because it was not operating at the times when we might have used it. Very much enjoyed the swimming pool.

EV charging was advertised, and indeed is possible. It was adequate for us but is only a low charge rate - 2kW. Others might be less impressed, indeed they might not have the appropriate cable to connect.

Lovely very modern and spacious hotel. The room was for 4 and the 2 sofa beds were in a social part of the "apartment" but se3parte from the bedroom meaning there was privacy which was a splendid surprise for the part of 4. The shower room was very large and lovely. The swimming pool is very relaxing, not too hot ans definitely refreshing in the summer heat. Small sink and microwave oven which was great if you wanted to do your own simple food. Concierge very friendly and accommodating, although very busy as he was doing everything so just be patient! Lovely bar area and sofas to relax with a drink in the evening or courtyard with an aperitif. If my travels return me to this area I will stay again.

No aircon but it's not the end of the world.

Great place to stay... the owner, and staff, are all so friendly and helpful. Rooms are immaculate, a proper boutique hotel, with tastefully furnished lounge and bar area. We didn't use the spa facilities, but did have use of the pool which was excellent. Simple breakfast was nice. Secure undercover parking for our motorbike was appreciated. The town itself is worth exploring, some nice bars and restaurants in the town square. We'd stay again.

We came across the Manoir de l’eveche by chance and it was wonderful in every way. The hotel was lovely in style, the facilities were great and the staff were extremely helpful. We really enjoyed the relaxing swimming pool and it is amazingly located, across the road from the lovely jardin de l’eveche and a quick walk across the ‘jardin’ brings you to the cathedral and the main square. I cannot recommend the Manoir de l’eveche highly enough and would love to return.

Everything was excellent, there was nothing we didn’t like.

The building is beautiful and our apartment was gorgeous. We could easily have self catered breakfast. The staff were excellent… so lovely at breakfast and very sweet at dinner. Reception team exceptional. Excellent location for visiting Lisieux. And such a bonus to have parking which was immediate and secure.

I *loved* everything about this property!! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, the building itself is historic and cool, the breakfast was great! Absolutely recommend the restaurant right around the corner called “The Guest Lisieux” which was incredible and super fun-funky!!!

Fabulous location, wonderful room and very comfy bed. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning with fresh bread and croissants and coffee, although it was an additional €10. The room was lovely with a kitchenette, but it would have been a nice touch to have coffee and tea making available in the room, something I would definitely expect at this price point! Sadly, the restaurant was also closed during our visit, perhaps an August thing, but after a long ride, we were looking forward to not having to go out and the food looked great!
