Great location. Lovely, welcoming staff. Nice reception / lounge area. Beautiful restaurant / breakfast room with outdoor seating. We had a fabulous dinner and a good warm and cold breakfast with great coffee. Our Superior Room was not overly large but perfectly serviceable for one night and well equipped (electric window shutters, air-con, mini fridge, electric kettle, large TV, room safe, good mattresses and pillows). The recycled paper biro the look of which matches the coffee stirrer wrappers is brilliant. Shower room with plenty of hot water, no disposable plastic items but instead real glasses and dispenser-type toiletries, magnifying mirror, tissues.

When I book a twin room, I want a meaningful distance between the two single beds, not for them to be pushed together to essentially form a double bed. We also found the charge for breakfast expensive.

The staff were excellent and very attentive. We enjoyed Marcus practising his English on us. Both Marcus and his brother were thoroughly delightful young men. We ate in the restaurant, although it was the chefs day off the cold buffet was very good.

The area was not as expected as it was just off a main road on a trading estate. But as we were there only 1 night it was ok. The Internet wasn't available, and the tv channels were limited. Being in the area it was there wasn't really anywhere to walk to with no tv it was a bit boring until it was time for the evening meal. On saying that, we would stay there again

Lovely restaurant attached to the hotel which was open in August, an unexpected bonus after a day of travelling. The decor in the room was very tasteful and modern and also had a convenient fridge.

It may not be to everyone's taste that the ensuite facilities are behind a curtain, rather than a door.

The room was beautifully designed and decorated and it was super clean. Access was good, with a lift. The bathroom was smart and well designed, with a heated towel rail and a bath, which was a treat. The food in the restaurant was very good and good value for money.

The room was very hot. The manager explained that a coach party had required heating so none of the other rooms could access cool air conditioning. That meant that we slept very badly as with the window open, the nearby road was noisy.

It is perfect for a stopover. It is professionally yet stylishly decorated. The breakfast was good, and the salad I had for dinner was nice. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive they even upgraded us to a better room, so we would have the garden in front for letting our dogs out.

The rooms are outside the reception and restaurant area. It was quite cold in the room since there was a draft coming through the door. There was a gap between the door and the door frame. Also, we traveled with our dogs, so there was just enough space to take them out for a wee bit, but not enough for a walk before continuing our trip.

First of all, the location itself is very tricky as it is located outside of the old town, basically along the highway, so what we appreciated a lot is the creativity with which the Kyriad worked out the downsides of the location. The building reminds of motels from the movies, but the room was very clean and the window isolation worked perfectly, so there was no noise coming from the road. Secondly, the location worked out very well for us as we were just passing through and didnt mind the walk to the city center in exchange for the benefits of leaving directly from the hotel to the next town next morning and the free available parking. Last but not least, we had a very good experience with the check-in being in many other languages besides French and everything going smoothly.

We stayed for a significantly lower rate due to some last-minute deal on booking.com and the price was perfectly fine for the quality of the rooms, and the location, but I wouldnt pay the full price they usually charge. Nothing wrong with the place or with the staff, it is just not the ratio of price/quality for €150/night for a location like Lisieux.

Location was perfect for our business meeting, food was excellent, particularly the evening meal. Rooms where spacious and very clean. I thought the hotel was presented well and the staff delightful and very professional in their approach. I would recommend and definitely stay again without hesitation.

The rooms were very comfortable & clean & the staff were very helpful. We had a drink in the lounge in the evening & the staff were very accommodating to our needs

The location was further from the centre than we released which meant a drive out in the evening to get some dinner. The breakfast was quite expensive for what was available.

The staff were extremely helpful, and I was particularly impressed with Matthew's command of the English language

The hotel is tantalisingly close at one stage: from the centre of town, you reach a roundabout from which the hotel is clearly visible. But then you have to drive about half a kilometre down a dual carriageway, round another roundabout, and back again before finally reaching your destination.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. Lots of wall sockets for charging devices. Bathroom was a fair size with a good shower.

Accommodation set aside from Reception and dining area. It was beside a main road with fairly heavy traffic. It was on the outskirts of town.
