We had a lovely stay! The breakfast was very good and the staff were incredibly kind — they truly go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. One unique and charming aspect was the presence of barn swallows in the area. We even had a nest right outside our window. While some guests may not appreciate the early morning chirping or a bit of dirt caused by the birds, we found it charming and loved observing the little ones. I had asked the staff to prepare something for my wife’s birthday, and they exceeded all expectations — the cake was beautifully made with her name on it, and absolutely delicious. The Crémant served with it was also excellent. You also got a music box in the room. The property itself is spacious, with beautiful areas to walk and a heated outdoor pool. The sauna is small but very cosy, with a natural and calming atmosphere. on-site cinema and the Saturday evening BBQ is also present. Highly recommended!

The only small thing we missed was having a few chairs near the sauna to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air after a session.

The pool was nice and front staff (the reception) made a huge effort to make everyone satisfied Being able to bring our dog with almost no restriction was perfect

The coordination in the restaurant, during breakfast and dinner appeared to be non existent - which was a shame because the staff really did their best to serve, but it felt like no one knew what the others were doing. This resulted in breakfast buffet not being replenished and excessive waiting time for ordering during dinner)

Everything was excellent: The welcome, staff, all extras were free: sauna, tennis, lovely heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis, table tennis, kids play room, small movie theatre in the evening. Family room 213: big, quiet, nespresso machine, comfortable beds. Great buffet breakfast. E could stzy after check-out to enjoy the facilities. Even were offered a room to take a shower before taking the road again. Luxury break for 24h before continuing ourctravel to belgium, at a very good price, we and the kids just loved it!

The hotel is in a quiet location. Cars can be parked within the grounds, where the gate is locked. We received a very friendly welcome. The bar and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. The menu isn't extensive, but the dishes served are very tasty. Breakfast was a buffet and very extensive.

The room has fitted carpet instead of tiles. Outside the window, there was a swallow's nest, which caused dirt to build up at the bottom of the window frame.

The hotel is several kilometres from the town And it is quite remote unless you have your own transport. It does however have great facilities - heated outdoor pool (although weather was not suitable for us to use it), outdoor sauna cabin, table tennis and kids club. It also has an attractive lounge, bar and restaurant where we enjoyed a romantic anniversary dinner. Breakfast was also good with a range of high quality hot and cold options. The room was spacious and well appointed as befits the hotel’s 4 stars with pool robes and towels, a Nespresso machine, wireless speaker and Chromecast for the TV

The hotel was quite busy and this meant the need to queue nearly 10 min for each cup of coffee at breakfast time as there was only one coffee machine. This must’ve been even worse for people whose breakfast tables were near the coffee machine.

We were welcomed with consciousness and care - before anything Julie sat us down and gave us refreshments - which I didn’t even know I needed. It’s the staff that make the space and she helped us land - home. That’s rare. Then the others who were working were exceptionally helpful and friendly .

We had a short loss of hot water - because of the heavy rainfall but it got fixed soon enough.

The hotel is refurbished very beautifully. The heated swiming pool and ping pong was a blast with the kids and staff was very acomodating and nice. And the nicest thing is that thye installed n'est for swallows to co-habit with them: it is very beautiful to see them cut the sky back and fourth.

Nothing in particular. Maybe shower could be installed next to swiming pool and toilet refurbished.

The location is excellent — just a short drive from Deauville and perfectly situated for exploring the Normandy coast. The staff was exceptionally attentive, always kind and eager to assist, which truly enhanced our stay. The hotel’s restaurant was outstanding, serving delicious, beautifully presented dishes that made for an unforgettable dining experience.

Quiet location, big comfortable parking, provided place and bowls for dog, good view from restaurant terrace, heated very warm pool, plays in kids area (without assistant, just games and devices).

Partly shabby, room renovated and decent outlook, but old doors, for example, no AC in room, a bit shabby entrance to pool area. Room doesn't equipped with minibar/fridge. Poor breakfast diversity, suggesting to add alternative dishes for break

We enjoyed the location which was enhanced by the fine weather and the ability to take advantage of the outdoor heated pool and enjoy an evening BBQ. The breakfast room was comfortable and relaxing and nicely spaced and there was a good choice.

There was no air conditioning in the bedroom so of all the nights we were away, we were too hot and did not sleep comfortably. The put-up bed for our 16 year old son was far too small - he would have benefited from a single bed. The lighting in the hallways and bathroom was too low. Attention to some of the paintwork and cleanliness was needed in the toilet and bathroom. Whilst we enjoyed the outdoor BBQ we were misinformed as to the cost and probably would not have paid E150 for 2 adults and 1 child especially as we do not eat seafood so felt this was excessive.
