Steven and the rest of the staff at Hotel St. Delis are amazing! They gave my wife and I an experience that will never be forgotten. Amazing location, amazing hotel, amazing service, amazing breakfast... you get the idea. Stay here, we based our time in Normandy out of St. Delis and would do it again in a heartbeat. This team deserves more love than could be put into words! Friendly is an understatement!

The Hotel is beautiful and romantic. Our room was lovely and the steam shower was a plus. The afternoon caretaker, Yannis, was extremely helpful and professional. We would recommend this hotel to other guest. The bed linen was comfortable and luxurious.

Our bathroom area could have been a little cleaner. For a 5 star hotel, our tissue box only has a small amount of tissues left in the box and our wash clothes were dingy..

The Hotel buildings are gorgeous, very picturesque and stylish interiors. Our room was lovely, cosy and modern. The bathroom was just perfection. We loved having our little kettle & coffee station in the room for early morning hot drinks. We booked very last minute (just a few minutes before we arrived due to a change of plan) and the team were very accommodating, everything was easy. We only wish the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the garden some more. The location if absolutely perfect, a few minutes walk to everything in Honfleur.

The breakfast was a bit meagre, and as it was charged on-top, we opted not to have it the second day - choosing instead to visit one of the Honfleur cafes. There was a lovely selection of pastries & breads, some fresh fruit (although not much) and a very small amount of hot options. Not worth the almost 40 euros per person. Additionally, it was not explained to us on check-in that we would need to pay to park our car within the hotel's car park. This is charged on top at 25 euros per day. For a 5-star hotel, this felt a bit tacky. If we had known when we arrived, we likely could have found somewhere free to park around Honfleur instead.

An elegant hotel with a nice intimate atmosphere and a beautiful private garden (for having a breakfast). Our room was in a separate small building, what gave us more privacy. The room was big, modernly designed and quite comfortable. We are grateful to the staff for the hospitality and concern.

I do not enjoy extra payments for the essentials like breakfast and parking. Breakfast was too ordinary for such a place.

Well-located and excellent ambiance in the heart of Honfleur.

The central air conditioning system is not adequate to cool the building — even at night when temperatures went below 20 C outside (but you don’t want to open the windows because Honfleur has mosquitoes). We found that the room would linger around 23-24 C / 75 F with the system on “high” during the night and for me at least this was too hot to sleep comfortably. For a five star property at this price point and with Normandy summers getting hotter and hotter, they should invest in fixing this.

Beautiful and superbly maintained historical character property close to the centre of Honfleur. Beautiful and immaculate garden. Wonderful and attentive staff. Delicious breakfast focussing on home cooked and home sourced produce. Private, but not cheap, valet car parking. Wonderful room, tastefully decorated and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is fantastic, so chic and clean! a real boutique. The staff are kind and there is a 30 euro/day parking of the hotel if you wish. the rooms are big, we had steam sauna in our shower.

The pillows were really high and at night there was no one at the reception to provide us other pillows.

The breakfast was excellent, nicely presented. They had proper green tea (hard to find usually).

The lighting in the room was not sufficient for our purposes. We usually like to sit and read in our room at the end of the day. Unfortunately the lighting did not really allow for it. A table light on the desk and a standup light near one of the armchairs would have done the trick. Bedside lighting was fine.

Beautiful grounds. Loved the steam room in our bathroom. The glass of champagne at our arrival was much appreciated! Engurrand took wonderful care of us. Was a joy to be there.
