The hotel/restaurant design inside was great. The food in the restaurant was top quality. Having breakfast or dining, while hanging over the river was a great experience. The hotel was located in a pretty French style street and itself from the outside was also ever so French looking, and on the inside very modern and stylish and comfortable..Top location in the town center, enough free parking behind the hotel at the opposite of the river, with camera monitoring. Not to forget the great park behind the hotel. In one word: top hotel, top food, top location, top look, top vibe.

Ambience, the staff was friendly and efficient. Great location as I was on foot so it was close to centre-ville and the train station. Breakfast was right next to the river, so I had a pretty view.

The stairs are very picturesque, but difficult to manage with luggage. There is an elevator. The breakfast was expensive for what I ate - my fault entirely as I only had yogurt, OJ and hot chocolate. I think that it would be a good value for someone who ate a lot more than I. I was fine with it, but the floor was uneven because it's in a very old building - anyone unsteady might have an issue.

The hotel position is extremely convenient, just beneath the castle and 100 meters (or so) from the pedestrian area where all restaurants, bars, and shops are located. Our room was clean, extremely spacious, beautifully furnished (with a ancient and quite amazing stone fireplace - sadly no longer operational) and with a nice view over a water stream/canal. We did not try the breakfast or the restaurant.

The parking mentioned in the hotel description is a public parking. Absolutely free, very close to the hotel.. but availability and safety are not guaranteed.

Great location in town with a lovely restaurant overlooking the river. Full of character and very tasteful. Room was very clean and good provision of towels, toiletries and complimentary water. Super king bed was very comfortable! Staff were lovely - very friendly and professional.

There was a massive smart Tv in the room but we couldn’t get Netflix or other apps on it to work and were unable to cast to it. We went out for the evening though so didn’t ask for help with this - might have been resolvable. The shower was a handheld one over the bath. Didn’t mind this but hard to keep the bathroom dry!

Fabulous location below the ramparts within walking distance of the historic centre of Loches.Free parking is available just a couple of minutes walk away. Beautiful & authentic hotel,staff very welcoming & helpful. Breakfast served in a beautiful calm setting overlooking the river & is of excellent quality. Booked at fairly short notice but exceeded our expectations & will definitely return in the future

Nice clean and modern hotel with free parking nearby, breakfast buffet is (very) good. Our room had the biggest flatscreen TV we have yet seen in a hotel room ;) (Unfortunately the cable signal and the wifi-signal were too weak to watch anything or go online but we did not make a complaint about it since we don't stay in hotels to watch TV or surf the internet constantly).

Unfortunately we visited on a day that the restaurant was closed, but the village of Loches offers several opportunities for dinner.

Comfortable room. Very large comfortable bed. Coffee maker with coffee pods. Beautiful stone spiral staircase to access rooms - feels like you are in a castle (there is an elevator also available). Within walking distance of Loches Castle and town. Free public car park to rear of property. There is a restaurant that serves dinner and breakfast but I did not use it. There is a McDonalds 2km away.

WIFI connection was variable. Ceiling panes may be an issue for a taller person

We had to stay here for a few nights after our car broke down on the way home, and we couldn’t have wished for a better place. The team were incredibly warm and welcoming, with a truly positive and personal approach. They really pay attention to every detail, which made our unexpected stay feel extra special and comfortable. Breakfast 10/10. Highly recommended!

Lovely room , very clean and comfortable , lovely view out of our window. Breakfast was perfect enough choice for the family . Staff was very helpful too especially in recommending places to eat . We will return as such a wonderful historical area to visit . Parc zoo beauval was near enough for us to travel too aswell.

A beautiful and very comfortable hotel in the amazing and must-see / stay village of Loches. We were there for a weeding with a group of friends, historical building by the water. My room (220) was spacious, welcoming and very comfortable. I wish we had more time to enjoy the area and hotel
