This B&B is a lovely, tastefully renovated property with beautiful, well-manicured grounds, an inviting pool, and a view of the ancient town church. A very relaxing spot to unwind! The hosts, Patrick and Sylvie, are kind and extremely gracious. Fresh-squeezed orange juice served alongside Patrick’s homemade jams and croissants and baguettes are delicious and the perfect start to your day visiting the beautiful Loire valley chateaux. The property is about five minutes from Chenonceau.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at “Le Clos de la Rousselière”, a guest house at only a few minutes’ drive from “Le Chateau de Chenonceaux” in France, and I cannot praise it enough. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality by Sylvie and Patrick. Although our time there was short (only one night), every aspect of our visit left a lasting impression. First, the cleanliness of the place was impeccable. The attention to details was evident in every corner, making us feel instantly at ease and comfortable. The modern bedrooms and bathroom were tastefully decorated, with a touch of elegance that added to the overall charm of the place. It was good to see a property that seamlessly combined style with functionality. This place is really a haven of tranquillity, with a garden and a heated swimming pool. Ideal to relax after a busy day visiting the area. Unfortunately, we couldn’t made the most of it as we stayed only for one night. I want to emphasize the excellent breakfast as well. The owners took pride in showcasing their local products (freshly baked pastries and jams), and every bite was a delightful blend of flavours. A great start for the day! Speaking of the owners, their warmth and genuine care for their guests were truly remarkable. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. They shared their extensive knowledge of the area and recommended a very good restaurant nearby (le Moulin Fort). Their personalized attention made us feel like valued guests, I would even say like family, rather than mere visitors. The guest house had such a wonderful atmosphere, and we wish we stayed there a bit longer. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, the exceptional service, and the warm environment made it a truly memorable experience. In a nutshell, I highly Le Clos de la Rousselière to anyone seeking a remarkable getaway. Whether for a short stay or a longer retreat, this guest house will certainly exceed your expectat

We loved to stay at Patrick and Sylvie. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast and the dinner wonderful. The place looks really pretty. The two friendly dogs were cute. We definitelly recommend the place for others.

An optilnally switchable ventillation system in the bathroom could be useful.

Great hosts. Jumped in their car and chased us down on our bikes to return some belongings we had accidentally left behind. Lovely gardens and outdoor space. Charcuterie board was awesome. And the breakfast was great. All local foods, including home made preserves.

Breakfast was delicious loved the home made jams and the orange juice was divine Patrick was a great host providing accurate info on where to go for food on a Sunday and where local shops were very enjoyable stay

We loved our stay here - the room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The swimming pool was excellent and the staff were super friendly. The fresh orange juice was the best I’ve ever tasted and the breakfast spread was delicious. We had one night here and felt so relaxed and calm after a long drive.

Super nice place, very friendly hosts. Would definitely repeat our stay!

The only thing that our two bedrooms were not as private as we thought. They were on an upper floor, but not separated by a door from the common places. This was balanced by the fact that noone was around at the time we came from dinner and that the hosts made us feel at home.

Beautiful home, great breakfast, very kind hosts with lots of recommendations! Would definitely stay here again.
