Very friendly and efficient reception. Fantastic breakfast buffet with quality produce. Comfortable beds. Very good value for money. Much, much better than any of the hotel chains you find in France (even the higher end ones). Excellent air conditioning - almost completely silent! I could not decide between 8 or 9 for the rating as it is not a luxurious hotel, but what they offer for the price point is really good so I have gone for 9.

The bathroom is dated and is in the bedroom itself which is a little odd. The overall layout of the room is...idiosyncratic? Neither of these two points detracted from our stay given the positives above. Note we were in the "old" building - I do not know what the rooms are like in the annex.

It's very well place everything is close by . They're really nice parc in front to walk with the dog and the baby. The room was also big for all of us. The bathroom was really nice. The restaurant was nice also, but I recommend booking a table there and not trying to find something else

There were a bunch of dead flies on the floor.

The location opposite the chateau and near the bus stop for the station was superb, as were the excellent meals in the restaurant and the breakfast room. Staff were most accommodating , especially trying to claw back some money due to an error of booking 2 rooms , instead of one.

Hotel is OK but looking a bit tired. Room had air con. Restaurant was good. Good food and good service as was breakfast. Staff all pleasant and helpful.

Needs some updating/refreshing/decorating. Curtain rail in our room coming off the wall. Light bulbs not working. Air con unit just cut into the ceiling.

Location-next to canal and chateau. Peaceful. Lift to upper floor. Ideal location en route from Calais to Switzerland. Excellent breakfast.

Décor a bit tired but really nothing!

All in all we had a pleasant stay at the Hotel. I was a bit worried after reading all the critical comments. But our room was okay. Everything worked. It was spacious. The air conditioner worked well and could be controlled by the guest which I find very conveniant. Parking is in front of the Hotel in a back yard, so fairly safe. Breakfast was also good. Everything you need. Yes, it is a simple Hotel, nothing fancy but a good deal for your money. I would stay there again and recommend it. If you do not expect too much. Our room was in the first floor.

The bathtub is a little tricky to climb into, it is lowered, so you have to climb down. Being short, this was a bit of a challenge. But there was a grib to hold onto. The tiles in the shower/tub were dirty but I guess cleaning them is also a challenge. Yes, there were a few bits and pieces that were run down and not maintained but nothing major.

Only staying one night so no problems at all just a little tired and rather small room with limited wardrobe space would have been disappointed if staying longer. However restaurant was excellent

A delightful old hotel, in a pretty waterside town, well off the beaten track. It has a wonderful old chateau - allow time to go and have a look round, especially the gardens. The room was large and clean, with a good sized bathroom, and the bed was comfy. There was also aircon which was vital given the high temperature at the time. We had a good meal in the restaurant, although it was busy and the service was rather slow, and an excellent breakfast.

Ioved everything about Les Pages. Good value, very clean, friendly staff and the beds were so comfortable. And so close to the chateau I could see it between the trees. Would definitely stay here every time

Location was fine for us, beautiful Chateaux just across the road by the river. It was a shame most of the shops were closed or shut down. Very quiet place. Breakfast has plenty of choice.
