12 years ago my husband and I stayed in this Novotel. I was impressed with the improvement that had been made. Both of our rooms were just remodel, they were spacious quiet and give each one of us privacy. The breakfast buffet was amazing and tasteful with food that was fresh and for every taste. it is walking distance from Place Stanislas, train station restaurant and shops. Will recommend to friends.

After a 24 hours journey plus from the US when we went in our room the sofa bed were not open, I had to ask for linen and do our own bed. The clerk on duty did not know the couch was a sleeping sofa, we had to figured it out by ourself.

Calm location close to the city centre of Nancy (10 minutes on foot). Plenty restaurants close-by. Access to hotel from the motorways around Nancy is easy. Family rooms are really good, it has a double bed and 2 single beds for kids. Breakfast is very good with hot and cold dishes : fried eggs, sausages, bread, fresh fruit, juices etc. Price is 16Euros per person is a bit high, but kids are for free. Breakfast room is in the same space as the reception, relatively small, but with good weather there is a terrace. Hotel has a food and drink distributor in the lobby which is nice. Hotel has a parking garage underneath the hotel. For family travellers by car making a stopover in Nancy it`s a good deal!

Parking in the garage underneath the hotel is limited. What I understand is that there are 16 spots available for 60 rooms. You need to book the parking spot well in advance. However just next to the hotel is a giant movie theatre with restaurants. There is a big carpark (inside and outside) with plenty place and it is for in principle for free. If you arrive after 2AM midnight you pay a a small fee of 3.50 to enter. It seems calm and save. .

It was very nicely located across the river from the center (walking distance). The walking path near the river was nice. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious for our family with kids and had a separating curtain between main bed and couch bed. Would definitely recommend or return on another visit.

The breakfast was quite pricey, so we didn't take it, but the room is equipped with water kettle, fridge and microwave, which was very handy.

The bed was good, the location was fine (10-15 min walk from the city centre), it was quiet, and breakfast was good. Personnel was very kind and helpful.

There was a plastic cover around the mattress. I see why this is done (hygiene), but it makes a bit a noise and it feels warm. Also, the parking was full - but not an issue, since there are cheap parkings nearby.

the room was classed as a twin room, but the second bed was a fold out sofa affair, which was difficult to access, which had never been used before and still covered in polythene, without bedding! The on duty staff were helpful in providing bedding, but removing the polythene from the mattress, was too big a task to be tackled at night which led to rather noisy sleep!

Facilities in room and breakfast all good.

Parking an issue. Not enough spaces so had to park elsewhere. Staff helpful with suggestion but then lots had parked outside hotel where we had originally parked. Were not given option to leave our car there & were instructed to move to car park off site.

The hotel is located in a lovely spot by the river, walking distance from the historical center. The room was clean and nice, staff friendly and breakfast excellent. Parking was full but it was easy to find a spot on the quiet street nearby, the area seems very safe. Overall a very good experience.

This is a super hotel! Lucine is an exceptional host for whom nothing is too much trouble. We had a wonderful room on the fifth floor which was huge with both bath and shower and lots of light. Opposite the hotel there are many dining choices and to on side, a pretty marina with walkways. Nancy is a fantastic and beautiful city and this hotel is the perfect location.

Great hotel for stop-off driving from Alps to Rotterdam. We stayed previously in a family room one double and 2 singles, however, this time it was 2 doubles, so not ideal. Breakfast is excellent. Secure underground parking gives piece of mind of security of your vehicle while you are asleep.

Our stay was to our satisfaction and the accomodation was good as it also had a little fridge, water cooker etc. which was very useful! Shower was perfect as was the size of the room and the airconditioning. Breakfast was perfect!

The mattress of the 2-person bed was very soft at the sides and made you have the feeling that you could roll out of the bed. I think that one was ready for replacement. The toilet has a strange nasty smell which we sprayed away with deodorant.
