The hotel is totally in the center, next to the train station. It’s comfortable, the room is in very good condition, nice cleaning, you have small fridge, micro, kitchen things so you can cook also and make your coffee/tea. The view is nice. Calm, you can sleep well. Their is an snack automat too. They are super helpful and communication is nice, whatever I asked they answered and helped quickly. I really recommend the hotel. 10* and Nancy is beautiful

You cannot expect more than this for this price. The stuff is so kind and friendly. The location is perfect, it is just next to the train station. It ıs clean and kosy.

The room smells bad when we entered the first, I think it is because of the old carpets. There is no plug next to the bed. It would upgrade the comfort.

The location, near the railway station, with breweries on the large and quiet place below; 15 mn walk from Stanislas Place (the true heart of Royal town) and Musée des beaux-arts; the kindness of the staff.

We happened to get lucky, to stumble across this one. The hotels in Nancy had limited availability, due to the World Cup of Rugby. It is not a facility that is immediately noticed, but despite that, they have a great location. Also, they do have an "apartment" feel to them......there is a kitchen, with dishes and utensils, and also a refrigerator. And is also reasonably priced. I'm likely to come here again on the next visit to Nancy.

Nothing wrong, really. A bit of a trade-off in having a refrigerator/kitchen in the room, instead of having a full-service restaurant and bar downstairs. Also, one word of caution for those with disabilities and those with large luggage.....the entrance may be a bit challenging. Especially when it is wet outside. They have both stairs and a ramp to get into the main entrance of the building. Once you are in the building, it is fine. For able-bodied adults, no real problem.

The only thing was that the room was a bit outdated, especially the carpet. But overall, no complaints.

Excellent position 30 seconds from the train station,10 minutes walk or 2 minute tram ride to the main square.Right across the courtyard from the exotic Excelsior Brasserie,perfect place for de juener.

The reception wasn't open on the weekend so everything is self sufficient .No breakfast served on the weekends

We had a lovely room overlooking the city, very quiet, (you can't open the window) well equipped and very close to the main square. It's right next to the station but the area is really clean and no undesirables hanging around.

While it is not a new hotel, can tell good effort had been put in to keep place clean. A good pantry facility in the room facilitates small family.

Furnitures chairs and bed frame can be mordernised to make the place even more outstanding. Good and value to stay in this place! Same building with other hoteliers such as Mecure Hotel etc. Spent some time looking for the hotel entrance.

Next to the train station, easy walking distance to the Place Stanislas. Gabriel, the manager, was friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious and quiet, and had a good district view. Kitchen was equipped well. Close to shops and eateries. Nice breakfast.

The entrance looked like one in construction site. No barrier free access to the reception. We had to carry luggages through stairs (not many but none the less). The room interior was old and worn.

Staff very welcoming and friendly, location, lovely room, very well equipped, lovely bathroom. Hotel very quiet but in the center of Nancy.

Breakfast very expensive, 14€ , when the local cafés offer better quality for half the price.
