All staff was kind and respectful. They were flexible and the room service was nice! The food tasted great for a relatively small price and the bar was amazing. They could make any niche drink you’d want by heart and have a great selection of beers. Wifi works well too! The spa is relaxing and soothing. They have cooled water with mint to drink after your sauna, it smells great and the pool is heated to a perfect temperature. It’s also the perfect depth: Being submerged until your shoulders while standing. Their system of booking a time slot is so there are never more than 12 people in the spa, however when there are less than 12 people that booked a slot, you can stay whenever you’d like and come and go. It’s also a good system to check when it’s likely that there are less people!

The tv apps don’t work well. If you’re keen on watching movies at night, bring a hdmi cable and your laptop!

The inside of the building is nice, clean, fancy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is not very large, but really well maintained and with high-quality products. At peak moments, there is not enough room to seat everyone for breakfast, though. Overall a very good experience, in a nice city - we did not expect Nancy to be so large and offer so many attractions. We will be back, and probably in the same hotel. Parking in a public car park at 200m was convenient - we were afraid that this car park would be full between Xmas and New Year, but in fact there was plenty of space.

The outside façade of the building itself is not fantastically impressive, but the location is very good (very central). The most annoying part about the facilities (pool, spa, ...) is that fact that EVERYTHING needs to be booked in advance, plus the fact that you receive tons of mails instructing you to book in advance - so at least we were warned. Those same e-mails also mention compulsory installation of a "Best Western" phone app for booking, which we did not install, but this also turned out not to be needed after all. We were travelling with two kids, and had hoped to use the pool occasionally without prior reservation, but so this was not possible.

The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. The design of the room and the whole hotel is simply brilliant! I enjoyed completely all premises of the hotel! The wifi was quick, the staff was very friendly! The location is fantastic, in the very centre, with the famous Excelsior Restaurant in 3 minutes walk, and all sightseeing very close. Really brilliant hotel, we will be happy to go back again!

The air-conditioning worked great at night but seemed to stop in the morning, and that was not so great, as we reched the hotel very late and need to rest, and the weather was very hot.

The hotel was located in the centre of the city, and made it central to everything we wanted to do. The Hotel was modern, had lovely decor, very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast area downstairs was quaint and the breakfast food was really nice to start off our day. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

No parking at the hotel. Parking is available at a nearby parking garage, about 500 metres down the street. Although you get 10% off (ask the hotel lobby admin staff). Having no parking made it very difficult to offload and onload your luggage in and out of the hotel, with no porter to assist you, nor luggage cart. We had a lot of suitcases, so the task for us was more difficult than others. However, hotels should provide a better arrangement for guests, instead of just creating a hotel in the city with no thought of any guests coming by car. At the very least there should be a parking bay in front of the hotel so you can off and on load the luggage as needed. No doubt couriers, trades and delivery cars would also have this problem.

Nicely located, we loved the decoration and style of this hotel. Rooms are very comfortable, well thought, nice colors. Nice bathroom with "Cinq monde" products. Breakfast is really nice, and the Spa is great. Not too many people can go to the Spa at same time, so looks rather exclusive. Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

The hotel doesn't have a parking. Some public parking can be used close by. Be careful that St Sebastian parking (shopping mall) closes on Sunday..

Breakfast was great, with many options to choose from. The front desk ladies were friendly.

I spent two nights and had a deposit of 400 € blocked from my account. It’s over one week later and the money is still blocked. This never happened with me before and it’s completely annoying.

Easy walk from train and into the old part of town. Helpful staff, we were in the older building so we had nice windows opening to the street. Small but useful lift in this side. Good pool and sauna. Nice bar on the roof.

Not much if I’m being fussy, toilet in one room, and shower and sink in another so you have to walk two different places if you need the loo at night and want to wash your hands after. But that’s minor.

The spa was really nice The bed was really comfortable so I slept really good Breakfast was outstanding

The staff was a bit unprofessional. And also I missed a friendly smile… The hotel is missing a porters or valet parking. And the hotel is missing a dining restaurant. I was traveling with elderly people and everything was closed on Monday…so we had to walk pretty far for some food…and again no support or proactive action from the staff in this matter.

Nice and central. Beautifully done up. Maybe one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever eaten. Great attentive staff.

Unfortunately the spa was closed during our stay. This wasn't written anywhere when we booked. And it was one of the main reasons why I booked there, which was disappointing. This is hardly anybodies fault. Still I would expect to be clearly notified and if not notified, offered some form of compensation, as it is advertised largely and even highlighted in the hotel name, '... & Spa', so chances are, that guests will be expecting a spa. Nevertheless it was a very pleasant stay.

Excellent room, excellent breakfast, excellent pool, excellent location and excellent staff.

There is no car park but plenty of local parking within 5 minute walk. Not a problem for us but some people with mobility problems who need parking very close by may struggle
