A very nice and cute hotel in the center of Nancy. The staff is very friendly.

We couldn't find the right parking for our car which needed to be camera protected since we were travelling and the car was full. When I called the guy on the phone, he couldn't speak English well so I didn't understand it. I decided to drive near the hotel but no parking spots for free for 30 minutes. However the guy at the reception who spoke perfectly English told me to go to the underground parking in Place Carnot. So if you ever come by car don't drive up to the hotel but leave your car directly in the parking lot and then walk up to the hotel. Less than a 10 minute walk. If you don't have things in your car you can just leave your car at the parking lot in Cours Leopold. This parking is even closer to the hotel.

Hôtel de Guise.   The personnel, Adam, Vincent, Nathan, Manon we all very helpful, kind and full of information. Especially Adam who checked us in. He gave us directions to the main attractions,    dinner  recommendations and made us feel welcome . He is perfect for his customer service role. Our room was romantic   the bed and pillows very comfortable. The room very quiet for a relaxing night sleep. The air-conditioning so quiet you could not hear it. The breakfast was delicious with all the food that we needed.  The location perfectly located near many restaurants and public transportation.  Don't let the exterior fool you the interior is beautiful. Most important,  the staff made our stay very special. Thank You for such a memorable stay

It is an absolutely beautiful property (ask the front desk the history!) and our room was super comfy. The bathroom is a one person facility but it was beautifully modern, with great water pressure. And super AC! It was so hot the entire time in Europe so we were grateful to return to a cool room! Ok. And can I just say how nice it is to find cold bottled water anytime we wanted it? They have a large refrigerator in the hallway packed with water bottles they refill so there was always plenty of bottles. And we were grateful. Again, so hot! The hotel used to belong to very important people and you feel it with the beautiful marble staircase. A lovely getting. No elevator, so FYI. We were on the 2nd (3rd floor to the US types) floor - 53 steps up, 53 steps down. And there’s one more floor above. The location was absolutely perfect! Close to everything walkable! Two wonderful patisseries down the block and a cafe at the end of the block. Heaven.

Great location in the pedestrian zone, close to all the sights. Wonderful ambiance and decor, very nice staff. Spacious showers, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Nice idea: water bottles are placed in a central fridge and are free. Quiet residential area. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back.

The soap dispenser was placed at eye level for no apparent reason… Otherwise everything was fine, but you should know there is no elevator and no parking.

Very good check in experience with a very attentive and helpful member of staff. Charming historic building in a very good state of repair and decoration. Comfortable room with good bathroom. Very quiet location. Same attentive and polite service at breakfast in a smart dining room. Good choice of continental breakfast items.

I would have preferred a buffet style breakfast rather than ordering continental items, but that was really a minor point.

I like the room, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a little bit expensive but, they offered high quality products so it was worth it. The hotel looks charming and it is very near the center of the city

I wish a little bit more light on the street where the hotel is located. I didn't like to climb to the third floor without an elevator but you get used to it. Despite these shortcomings I really like my experience.

Very comfortable historical building in a quiet corner of the town, 10 min walk from the center and 20 min from the train station and congress center. Top staff, very young and professional. Great breakfast, definitely recommended. Super clean and spacious room, top bed, new bathroom.

Nothing. The room was only a bit cold, despite the heating on.

We don't have breakfast at the hotel. And I didn't like the reusable glass bottle for water. I prefer bottled water or the hotel has water available to fill my bottle. I stayed on the first floor and the room is nice and the wall painting makes all the difference. The bathroom is good and the shower box is wide and spacious. The hotel does not have elevator, the stairs are good, no problem, and there are rooms on the ground floor. The hotel is on a quite street, close to restaurants and bars. The hotel does not have parking but there is a parking not so far away

I don't like the refillable glass bottle for water that I could grab from the downstair fridge. I always wonder if they are washed. I really prefer bottled water, or the hotel has water available to fill my bottle. There is no way to park at the door to put your bags, as the street is closed to traffic. You have to walk about 50 to 100 meters, An finally, the city doesn't have much to do.

Comfortable, clean room with everything we needed. Good central location. It was nice to have a small garden area outside our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also they spoke English. Room was very reasonably priced and great value for money.

Free water bottles, the decor and courtyard was beautiful, the location and friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Bit of noise from street with windows open but if shut was quiet. Size could have been bit bigger but lovely just the same.
