If clean sheets and a hot shower is all you need while visiting Nancy, it’s the right place to stay. Good value for your money. It can be tricky finding the place. Park at the supermarket and then go to the reception is my advice. 20 min to Stanislas square with a fast pace so not too bad. Free parking which is a great after spending so much on parking in other cities.

Could be cleaner but ok. Some problems with the wash basin but reception took care of it quickly.

Everything worked. The room was clean and functional, if a little spartan. Location was great for walking to old city.

Directions need to be clearer as to exact location and arrival instructions need to tell guests how to obtain entry to the building. I was lucky there was someone there but if reception had been unattended I could not have got into reception area to collect keys from lockbox as a doorcode was required.

Adequate apartment. Clean. Perfect for what we needed with a private bathroom and kitchenette. Pretty good location. Just 15 minutes walk to Place Stanislas. I've seen people complaining about parking access but all a fuss about nothing. Perfectly clear once you check in. Temporary parking available in the supermarket next door while you check in. Staff helpful.

The size of the room. The quietness of the house - our stay was in the holiday of the students.

In this hot summer we would have liked air conditioning. But we knew before that the room didn't have, so no complaints about that.

Secure parking. Large bed. This is a student residence but it was quiet. Don't expect a hotel but there's everything you need. 15m walk into Nancy centre. For breakfast, turn left outside and left at the next junction - halfway down on the right there's a super boulangerie called Cilla's. with good coffee/croissant/pain au raisin etc and great sandwiches when you leave for elsewhere.

For the price is was excellent value. Some reading lights would have been nice. It's tricky to park outside to pick up your key and fob for the car parking (on the right). On Google, the petrol station is no longer there.

The place is not far from the center of Nancy, staff is nice and respond fast for room damage. Wifi connection is in good quality and support fluent online meetings. Room face to an open space, very quiet.

Trash cans and kettles were not emptied. Annoying noise when sewers are being used. The room was kind of dark in the night.

The room is spacious and the facilities include a kitchenette, microwave. It's convenient.

No one is on duty on the first floor on weekends, it will be inconvenient if there is a problem with check-in.
