Cute decor. Extremely comfortable bed. Great blackout curtains. Consistently warm showers. Staff were very nice. Location also great - close to many attractions while being far enough to feel quiet and tucked away. I was sick for a part of my trip and was able to truly relax while here.

If I nitpick, the shower pressure was maybe slightly weak.

Location is perfect, in a quiet central area. Close enough to transport systems. I preferred to walk into the centre ville, short stroll cross the river. Room was clean. Staff always available and friendly.

In the evening I would have liked to make myself a cup of tea, kettle and cup would have topped it. In general nothing I didn’t like with my stay.

This is the coolest Boutique Hotel in the culinary capital of France. Previously it was a convent. Some of the details from that era remain such as the little cherub sculpture in my photo. Pretty close to many amazing restaurants and chocolatiers. The front desk staff was very helpful as were the people at the breakfast. They recommended Le Bouchon Sully. This is an amazing dining establishment with great value for your dollar. The breakfast was very good. Nice that there's an automated cappuccino machine in the lobby.

The only thing I can say is that my room was on the third floor so I got my steps in climbing up to it. I should be in better shape.

Firstly, I must say that the staff were absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble, they were so helpful and sorted out an issue I had with my payment with my bank, they were eager to recommend places to visit and eat and were always so friendly when I walked through the door. They really made my stay so lovely. The room was compact but absolutely sufficient for what I needed. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. I felt the location was great for exploring lyon, very close to transport links and the neighbourhood felt safe with plenty of places to eat, also near the park which was nice to walk to. I would highly recommend and would stay here again when visiting Lyon.

Nothing it was great!

The owner (Vincent) and the staff were exceptional. They work hard to make sure you have a great stay. They have a full buffet in the morning. The location is excellent, very close to the subway or 10mns walking distance from the City Hall. There are plenty of very good restaurants (some from reputable chefs), stores, and mini-markets around.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and spoke good English. My room was very quiet and mostly clean. Check-in and check-out were fairly seamless. Nice looking hotel, and excellent value for the price. Dining area is lovely, although perhaps more space could be used for the common area.

Getting access to the kitchen to use the microwave was an awkward experience (I don't see why it should be a challenge for guests to have access to a kettle, microwave, or dishes, since these are not present in the rooms). No elevator for higher floors, and the stairs are a bit sketchy with luggage. With my window open, sometimes cigarette smoke would waft in. Only one pillow in the room, and the room was a bit cramped.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly! They made sure we felt at home here during our stay. The patio is also very colourful and cute, giving a nice relaxing and peaceful feel to the stay.

The shower is abit snug but in no way is this a negative comment. The facilities are as you need them. I can't find anything wrong with this lovely place. So to fill this box is just me being very picky.

Loved the breakfast and the patio Loved the cleanliness of the room and the accommodating nature of the staff. The neighborhood had amazing accessibility to all of the absolute best places in Lyon. It's located in a fantastic neighborhood as well- residential with major commercial access a few streets away.

The room was small, but I honestly didn't mind. It got the job done.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Rooms though small are pretty cosy. The building is close to a metro station and a lovely park. Corner shops and cafes are also nearby.

No elevator, so if you are with lots or one heavy piece of luggage, you'll have to push through quite a narrow staircase.

The hotel is not far from a metro station, so you can easily reach everything in the city. The room was clean and there was everything I needed. It was great for my business trip.
