Sadly we had to attend a funeral in Paris the next day and drove from the UK and decided to stay the night an hour outside of Paris to break up the travel journey. Must say the staff here are excellent! From the woman that checked us in to the maître d and waitress at the restaurant, everyone we encountered was warm & friendly and welcoming. The dinner was mentioned a few times in reviews and we have to echo it was excellent! We ended up having the menu of the day and it was delicious.

When you arrive the lady at check in said we could book the spa room (a very nice system as the pool is small you get to have it to yourself for the time slot) sadly the hammam steam room wasn't working when we visited but to be able to book that time slot included in your stay is very nice.

We decided the room overlooking the river was somewhat claustrophobic for two nights - too small and the window would only partially open - se we chose to upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was far nicer. Good tasty dinner (with large portions!) Good breakfast. Secure parking, just opposite the hotel. Good, interesting views of the river and its commercial barge traffic. Helpful staff and a bright airy atmosphere.

The multiplicity of its names caused confusion - it appears to be either the T'aime hotel by Aiden, or Aiden by Best Western - such that helpful locals could not direct us to it. Giving the address of the carport would be more helpful.

Friendly staff, stylish look and different pillow types provided. Bathroom was clean. Good spread for breakfast and view over the river from the restaurant.

Light sleepers may want ear plugs, I could hear neighbouring and above rooms. My bedsheets were ripped, I was surprised that made it past housekeeping. Parking became a bit difficult when I wanted to go out for the day as the machine kept trying to charge me after being scanned at reception.

The hotel was in a great location - short walk to the centre and by the river. The room was large and well furnished and the hotel was busy - but with little noise. The restaurant and bar were lively and good and we used the boulangerie next door for breakfast. A bonus was the choice of two secure car parks at the rear of the hotel. Staff were particularly friendly and helpful!

Clean and comfortable modern hotel overlooking the river Oise. Very friendly welcome from reception, especially the woman who helped us garage our bikes. Comfortable beds and good shower. Good wifi. 15 minute walk to the Chateau and town centre. Good breakfast

Our Superior room was rather small although with a nice view of the river. The hotel was pretty full on Saturday night and the breakfats rom on Sunday was rather overcrowded. No such problem on Monday morning.

Very nice clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Everything as pictured online. Super friendly and helpful staff in an easy to get to location with a great, very expansive breakfast, too. We have to travel from SW France to Northern Europe quite frequently, so we'll be staying here more often on the way.

Great breakfast, comfy room, friendly staff, nice facilities, and you can park your car right outside (paid, 7 EUR/day). The restaurant has a great view of the river and bridge.

There was a bad odor in the hallway for a few hours, but it didn't affect the room. The dinner at the restaurant wasn't very tasty.

It was all perfect, the room was small but adequate for our needs as we were only there for 1 night.Booked an evening meal which was lovely and breakfast was varied and lots of it.I would come back in a heartbeat, it was 8-10 minutes walk into the centre.Also great secured parking with a barrier and a lovely swimming pool.

the staff (not restaurant) thanks to the staff at the entrance which allowed me to put my bike in a safe place, very nice. Got someone with a smile when I left at 4am thanks for that too.

at the restaurant I asked for a normal table, not a high one, I have been told every single table was book. 5min later a couple arrives just in front of my kind of bar table, asking for a table they got one just below me. The real reason for the women refusing me a normal table was that I was alone. Well not fear, specially when I specified I was fast to eat but the time I finished 70% of the tables were available !

Surprisingly good. Clean, arcade games in the bar were a great touch. The pool was small but we had it to ourselves. The restaurant was great
