The room was exceptionally specious and well laid out the bed was comfortable the bathroom was just wow 🤩! We stayed in the building across the street from the main hotel with a lovely view. There was a car park at the back which was perfect as we arrived in our car. We also had dinner one night at the hotel which was absolutely fantastic!! I would definitely stay there again

Everything about this hotel was really great. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms spacious and well stocked with toiletries. Check in was very good with extremely helpful staff. Big plus point for us was the hotel parking and the secure storage for our bikes. But the biggest plus point was the food. Dinner was the best we had eaten in our 21 day trip through France. Service was excellent.

This was our second visit to this hotel and we enjoyed it even more. The hotel is very convenient for the town, offering parking (7€ at the time of our stay). The room was very spacious and clean and had a very comfy bed. The Wifi was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The restaurant was fabulous and the meal was delicious. Not sure my régime really needed all the extras that came with each course and coffee! I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again very soon, I hope.

Stayed here several times and we look forward to coming again. it’s top quality in a very understated way. Attractive restaurant with excellent food.

We had issues with restaurant service in the past. Seems to be staff related. On this occasion the only 2 visible staff members couldn’t cope with breakfast. We arrived down at 9am and it seemed as if breakfast was finished, with not a single table cleared and empty bread baskets and fruit bowls. We understand that there had been a group taking breakfast early but regular clients should be accommodated.

The hotel is at the more upmarket end of the hotels in which we've stayed during our holiday. The room was large with a second twin room and bathroom in a mezzanine. It was nicely situated in the town close to lots of restaurants.

The hotel restaurant looked good and certainly served an excellent breakfast but the menu wasn't really suited to our diet and it was very expensive so we chose not to eat there. There were choices in town so that was fine. Otherwise, it was very good.

Superb, high quality hotel in all respects. Staff at reception very helpful, waiters and waitresses in the hotel restaurant equally professional. Excellent menu and excellent breakfasts. The best hotel dinners and breakfasts I've had in any hotel in France over the past 10 years. The rooms are spacious with equally spacious and well fitted bathrooms. Beds super comfy. Garage parking for an extra payment for motorcycle which was especially useful as it rained every day and most nights!

What a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The room was enormous and very well equipped. The bathroom was big and well equipped. Close to everything - Mende is a small town but very pretty , with a few historic sites- the cathedral and old bridge across the river etc. Breakfast was great in the hotel with a large choice. We ate in the restaurant at night and it was exceptional. Terrific food and service in a lovely conservatory restaurant. Can't recommend highly enough. good parking.

The rooms are beautiful designed and decorated, the staff were warm welcoming and attentive, and the crowning glory in this hotel is the food - fine dining that we were not expecting. Our late arrival led our decision to eat in the hotel, what a happy accident that was, the food is exceptional, exquisite, utterly delicious. Visit especially for the food and you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic ambience and atmosphere of the hotel . The very friendly and helpfull staff and of course the high quality standard of the restaurant . Spacious and inviting room with excellent beds.

Very nice staff and great room very smart. I will describe them and we had dinner the best we’ve had so far on our trip in France.

I will say the bathroom was very smart but when you get older, you really need a walk-in shower
