Everything was very very good. The location is fantastic, with a swim in the Tarn river just 10 m away. The building is remarkable and filled with history. The food was outstanding (who is that chef btw?). The –all young– staff was very nice. Even if it is not a cheap hotel, you regret that you have to leave at some point. I honestly did not know an hotel could be that great and other hotel managers should go there and learn. Why can't I rate it 11/10?
Nothing. (the wireless work had just been completed and was not available in the room yet but I could simply connect in the bar that was open very late.)

Great, welcoming service, very helpful staff all around. The pool is a true asset, the beach at the Tarn very nice too, feels secluded and calm all around.
We did not know that we needed to book a table at the restaurant before 5 pm for dinner (was not communicated beforehand and we arrived at 6 pm). We did, however, book our room before the hotel reopened and other guests seemed to be made aware of this circumstance. When we arrived, everyone was helpful and welcoming (organizing a dinner reservation for us at another place, for example).

The location of Chateau De La Caze is breathtaking. Our drive up the mountain afforded scenic views over the Gorge and driving into the grounds of the Chateau was stunning even in pouring rain. Camille who was on reception was very welcoming and showed us to our room in the 15th century chateau and even carried a heavy suitcase to our room while we were parking and collecting the rest of our luggage! Our room was charming, clean and comfortable despite the double bed in room Anne being relatively small. Nevertheless we had a good night's sleep. We ate dinner in the chateau on the first evening and our main waiter, Theo was particularly helpful in explaining the dishes, all of which were delicious. We visited local village Saint Enimie which was beautiful and we had a superb lunch in Chez Leon.
Our only comment was that some of the food at breakfast was uncovered. As the doors were open onto the terrace it would have been preferable for it to be protected from insects.

The Suite we had was fantastic with large rooms and a balcony overlooking the hotel pool, the castle and the gorge. The restaurant that was on the castle terrace was lovely with tables overlooking the garden and views along the gorge. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was worth staying in for the day just to relax and use the pool whilst everyone else was out sightseeing!
It was a little hot at night but if you kept everything closed up during the day this helped. There was a fan that helped.

The house and grounds are idyllic - the sympathetic flair with which they have brought the chateau to life is wonderful. The rooms are simply elegant with exceptional views. The team could not have been more helpful - we stayed when their restaurant was shut and they organised a restaurant and transport. And great value. Best stay of our tour
I would not have changed a thing - it was perfect for what we were looking for.

It's a magical place! We have been coming for years and it's just as wonderful under the new management, arguably with a much better restaurant and always super friendly service. There is something for everybody, from just lounging by the pool to taking a canoe from the private beach onto the Tarn. Enjoy!
I really have to dig deep, but some drinks service by the pool would be brilliant.

Amazing. Incredible. Stunning. Wow!! The setting is unbeatable and the castle is authentic and beautiful. In fact it’s the most beautiful place we’ve stayed - Ever. Dinner was delicious and the service impeccable. Lovely breakfast, lovely pool, lovely staff.
Would have preferred a stand-up shower rather than a hand held one over the bath, but we managed.

Lovely chateau in quiet location with easy parking. Very peaceful. Very good food. Spacious well aired room.
The annexe in which we stayed was a short walk from the main hotel and reached by steps or a slope then along a corridor. Our room was a bit chilly and the bedding was poor quality which didn’t give a restful sleep as it felt rather rough and sticky.

The castle , the rooms, the food was excellent. The staff very good and friendly. Always wanted to stay in a castle once in my life and this one did not disappoint. You have to have the dinner experience, so so good. The breakfast was also very good and buffet style. It was raining and even we still had a wonderful time.
One only complaint, the music at dinner was awful, some computer generated sounds and always the same. Must get a better playlist.

The location on the Route des Gorges du Tarn was fantastic but circa 15km from the township of Sainte-Enimie. The Chateau was amazing in architecture and ambience. Looked and felt like a true 1600’s building. The restaurant cuisine was exceptional offering a fabulous dining experience out on the terrace. Parking for car fabulous.
No lifts to assist with luggage. Our room was two levels up. The first two levels were covered with carpet but the last flight were stone steps. I would have liked the Chateau to be closer to Sainte-Enimie as the address implied.
