Wow what a fabulous location with panoramic views from both the room and public areas! Room was perfectly sized, loved the balcony and the bath. Bed was very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant, food was excellent and very typical of the region. Service was very friendly and prompt. The bar was lovely and my wife commented that the espresso martini was the best she'd had. Plenty of parking outside in the square.

The location is stunning. We used it as a stopover on our way down the A75. The most amazing thing was the food. The chef is awesome. The details said no carpark but we parked 5m from the door, loads of parking. We could actually have stayed much longer with loads of things to do.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The bathrooms might be a little old fashioned with the shower over the bath but it was fine

Room a bit dated.arrived at 3.30 and everything was closed up had to wait till 5.15 to get access.

A traditional French hotel - old-fashioned in the best sense of the word. Gorgeous views from our room and the restaurant, which served delicious regional food, and super friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing. Don't go expecting up to the minute decor or loads of facilities. All the other qualities and the value for money completely make up for that.

We have stayed here twice now, breaking the journey to and from Spain. On each occasion we received a warm welcome, an excellent evening meal and perfectly respectable accommodation. The fittings and decor are of an era, but no less charming for that. We will definitely be back, and wish the new owners all the best!

It was a comfortable stay. Halfway up a mountain with an amazing view. We stopped there on our way back from Barcelona to Calais port. We dined there that evening and the restaurant had a varied and excellent menu. Well stocked bar.

Should not have been able to check in until 5pm. Luckily the hosts agreed to let us in early.

Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff, really excellent dinners with tasty local dishes, lift to second floor bedroom, free parking on site.

The bedrooms are very clean but in need of modernisation, double bed was a bit small for us. Shower was over the bath, but worked fine.

Nice, simple hotel in spectacular region with excellent food at reasonable prices, very pleasant staff and, the bonus, a perfect view of swallows flying and nesting above our balcony.

Excellent food cooked by the family owners. Great views. Free parking. Very clean. A bit like stepping back in time. Not flashy or posh, but the owners take pride in their hotel. The suites are very dated (like 80s) but so much the better for it! We slept with the windows open and the mountain air was so good and cool. No mosquitos even though it was July. We stayed in lots of smart hotels for 4 -5 X the price on a 1000 mile trip, but this was one of our nicest experiences. If you are bored with the modern world, look no further. Mind you, the wifi worked fine too.
