The location is great and the town center is very accessible on the footpath from the 5th floor. The 2 bedroom apartment with two showers and two toilets worked great. The kitchen facilities are very good and nothing is really lacking. Great to have the ski rental in the same building. We rented equipment and bought ski passes through the hotel, and that worked great. However, our ski passes were booked for the wrong days, but the hotel reception solved that problem within minutes.

The spa was a bit dysfunctional at times. One day the sauna and hamman were cold and the outdoor hot tub is very small and not very hot. Showers were very unpredictable and controls broken. The facilities and the plan is perfect but maintenance can be better.

Very modern spacious apartments. Great Position a short 5 minutes walk to Chaudanne Ski lifts, (although we choose to hire a ski locker below the Sauliere Express Lift to save walking skis back and forth each day). Nice decor and bathrooms. Supermarket and bars just over foot bridge. Great stay all round.

Pool, Sauna and Steam room great facilities to have. This is a Minor complaint but for number of apartments in the complex the outdoor hot-tub was tiny and full and cold at the end of the day when slopes shut. Perhaps consider putting another one outside?

3 bedroom suit with 2 bathrooms + kitchen suit our needs fr group of 7 friends. like large ski locker with boot drier for up to 8 pairs. nice view from balcony good bed quality. fast service respond to our needs well equipped kitchen. 2 different types of Coffee machines. ( capsules and ground coffee)

complicated way to get to the garage, only one jacuzzi & it was always occupied only 2 bath robes for 7 ppl was provided no breakfast or dinner options, just possibility to order fresh bakery ( by 7pm previous day)

The property was LOVELY and a really great place to stay. The facilities were great and the location was very central. The pool/spa/sauna facilities were appreciated after a long day on the slopes. The staff were very helpful and happy to help out. The locker/boot room was well heated which meant everything dried really quickly. There was a little care package left to make it easy to cook and clean at home, which was appreciated.

The walk to the lifts is just a tiny bit longer that expected, but its a an easy flat walk. The pool/sauna/steam room and Spa were on the colder side, and could all do with an extra few degrees. They were busy of an afternoon, but it wasn't as bad as we expected.

The hotel is located conveniently, right across the bridge are shops, bus stops, and restaurants located, ski lift is also not far. Rooms are very spacious, modern, and comfortable, well equipped kitchens. Underground parking is nice though it was quite packed. SPA area is good, we used it every day, but it's overloaded in the evenings. The staff was very attentive and friendly, allowing us to check-in early, helping with parking, additional robes and towels or advice. The only request would be not to contact about upcoming stay or check-out on the phone. Overall we enjoyed the hotel and can recommend it in the area.

I understand the rules of the hotel and we have been warned, but at least a mid-week cleaning and towels change could be good. Also, the number of seats in SPA area for this hotel size is ridiculous. After ski lifts closing SPA area becomes really overloaded.

Really enjoyed our stay in beautiful Meribel. Apartments were spacious and fully stocked with everything we’d need for doing our own cooking all week. Location was perfect for everything in the town and very quick and easy to get to the lift base. Pool area was great featuring hammam and sauna. Outdoor jacuzzi could be larger given how many people want to use it. Staff was very helpful every time I visited reception. Little extras like tea and coffee in the lobby were a nice touch.

Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium L'Hévana was the best accommodation that I have ever stayed in. Fabien and the staff were pure class - I proposed to my girlfriend at the top of Meribel and Fabien helped make the day very special. The views were amazing & the location was perfect - so close to food and restaurants, a nice walk to the chairlifts in the morning or a quick bus home. The facilities (sauna, steam room, outdoor spa, sauna, pool & pool table) were incredible - my recovery during 6 days of snowboarding was so much better than previous snowboarding trips. Additionally it is underrated how nice it is to have warm accommodation, from the second you walked in the front door or to the ski racks we were pleasantly warm. I learnt this lesson during a previous snow trip where I'd get home at the end of the day freezing and it'd take 15minutes for your small room heater to heat you up but here at Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium L'Hévana it was perfect. One day after a sauna then a warm bath in my room I actually walked to the grocery store in shorts and a T-shirt while it was snowing! Thank you for the incredible stay

Nothing, the most comfortable, romantic, scenic and fun holiday I have ever had.

New, fresh, warm, and pleasant accommodation. Kitchen has a lot to offer! Relatively convenient connection to the slopes: 3 min walk. Helpful and friendly staff. Big supermarket 5 min away, smaller stores just across the road. Central location is also perfect for the bus transfer connection back to the airport.

Ski rooms might be more spacious and provide more benches. We had the view to the inner garden, which was a bit boring. I would expect a mountain view offering from a more premium type of accommodation, which Hevana is.

Great location. Close enough to walk to the ski lift, shops, restaurants, and pubs. The ice skating rink is near by as well. The hotel had lock up facilites for your ski gear and boot warmers. There was a pool, sauna and spa for hotel guests. There was a kitchenette which most of what you needed to prepare meals.

The spa (jacuzzi) was not very warm at all. The pool was almost as warm as the spa on the days we went down to use it. There was not even salt and pepper for use in the kitchen. If you run out of toilet paper you have to buy your own as they won't give you extra.

The flat was well designed. The location was good, about a 5 minute walk over a bridge up a short hill just past the tourist office to access ski slopes (Doron, a blue trail down to the Meribel Center lifts). There was both a hotel and public parking lot directly under the building that could be accessed directly from the hotel by a lift. The flat was small but comfortable, perfect for 3 or 4 people or a family with kids. Kitchen had all the basic appliances, including a Nespresso.

The larger bedroom and its bathroom were all one room with the toliet behind a smoked glass shower-like door. There was plenty of room for a proper bathroom, so all a bit odd. Many of the dishes in the kitchen were not clean, but otherwise the flat was clean, well laid out and functional.
