We had a great room, very clean and the view was terrific. The hotel was only a few steps from the slope and a gentle ski down to the main base area. The lounge and bar were cosy, the staff were great and the restaurant had a great ambiance.

We booked half board but the food offering was a bit limited. The restaurant was a buffet and there were basically only 2 or 3 starters and 2 main courses available each night. What was available was excellent and you could have as much as you wanted, and there was greater choice of desert, but we were a little disappointed with the lack of options. If we went again we'd go B&B as there were some nice looking restaurants close by.

Amazing staff - EVERYBODY is very nice and welcoming and helpful. Very cozy and stylish lounge room with wooden fireplace and amazing deck. Wonderful spa with jacuzzi, small swimming pool, sauna, hammam and outdoor hot tub. 100 ft to ski slope access. Complimentary tea/coffee/pastries (somebody makes those donuts illegal haha!) on every floor. Great breakfast selection and quality.

Location is great for skiing in and out, however hotel is a bit uphill from main bus stop and main restaurants / shops, so it's a bit of an effort to climb the stairs every day, there's a ski lift that helps somewhat, but it's not immediately super close, so be ready to be out of breath every time you're getting back from the restaurant or when you're just hauling your suitcases from the bus stop :) Be aware - there might be a village free shuttle that might take you some closer to the hotel - but i didn't try it. Breakfast was impeccable except for one thing - i wish there'd be more cheese selection, we're in France à la fin :)

The room had a fabulous view of the alps and we had a terrace so could walk out and listen to the buzz below where there were fire pits at night and an open spa/jacuzzi which you needed to book from 6pm for 1/2 hour time slots, during the day you joined others. A superb ski shop attached to the hotel with knowledgeable staff. All the days had theme nights - loved the sushi night. They have a good wine list (not inc) - definitely worth going half board as the food was really good. The bar staff were lots of fun!

It would have been good to have a lift all the way to the dining room. Instead you had to take a lift then walk through the lounge area and up and down some stairs. Which if you have injured yourselves on the slopes then it can be a bit tricky. There was only a simple high top table to check-in/out. They need to invest in a little more reception area.

We stayed in December and loved it so much we returned in January! The hotel is the standard you would expect of a 4/5 star hotel, the staff are extremely competent, friendly, caring and clearly very proud of the wonderful experience they provide to all their guests. It is a well executed, unpretentious welcoming comfortable hotel. We hadn’t originally booked half board but changed this on eating dinner on our first evening as the food is outstanding in its quality and quantity of options! The food despite being buffet (usually I would avoid!) is of a quality many restaurants couldn’t replicate. The hot drink and cake/ sweets/ donut stations located on each floor is an excellent touch and much appreciated. Rooms are comfortable, the spa and outdoor hot tub are a welcome treat after a full day on the slopes. Location is perfect ski in/out with wonderful views of the slopes and mountain ranges. Boot room is small, as others have mentioned, but it’s dry and boots did not get cold etc so serves its purpose.

The location for ski in and out was perfect with a ski shop next door. Prestige room was very comfortable and a good size. The half board option was excellent as each evening the hotel put on a different themed buffet . The quality and variety of the food presented was really amazing with so many different tradional dishes both hot and cold. If you are looking for chips, burgers and chicken nuggets its not for you!! All the staff were so friendly and helpful too.

The hotel was perfectly placed right by the slopes. The buffet stlye breakfasts and dinners were ideal as no-one was kept waiting and everyone could eat as much or little as they wanted. The standard of the food was as good as any posh 'service' style hotel. We were with a group of 16 friends, of whom 13 were skiing, so the spa and swimming pool were an excellent addition to the facilities for the non-skiers. The staff were all lovely. The hotel taxi service to the airport was very good value and we got discounts for the ski-hire shop literaly next door.

One of the 9 rooms was rather cold but the staff managed to fix it so not really a problem

The room was comfy and the space was very generous for 2 adult, the availability of the free hot water coffee snacks 24/7. The hotel employees were professional, sauna. Housekeeping was great!

Breakfast was crowded, I do believe things could be reorganized. The reception design is old. I wish there was half board with al carte menu.

The room was fantastic, amazing views, soft comfortable bed, all amenities included. The stuff is excellent, helped out at any time of day. The breakfast is divers, filling, and fresh.

While the location is perfect, just 5 steps from the slope, it was a bit annoying to have skis and boots in separate places. Also, the strong smell of chlorine on the first floor isn't the nicest.

Music at evenings, nice cocktail bar, great spa (including outside Jacuzzi). Really close to the parking area, and right next to the slopes (ski in-out). The ski shop sport2000 in on the hotel premises so it is very easy to take/return the ski equipment. Complementary coffe/tea/Patisserie 24/7.

Great location with easy access to slopes going out and getting back. Meribel-Mottaret is a great choice and this hotel met out needs well. Decent food with half pension and friendly and helpful staff. Spa area was nicely equipped.

Food was good but was probably the only area I would target for improvement.
