The staff is very welcoming and tries to respond to your needs. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the lobby is nice. The restaurants are good, and the outside seating is great. Their breakfast was good, with various choices, and the breakfast area had a very nice view over the slopes.

Room service has a very limited menu, and it's not that good. They have a limited staff, so asking for something takes time. For example, at breakfast, it takes a long time to find someone to ask for a coffee, and upon check-out, it takes a long time to get our luggage from the storage.

Service was great throughout - friendly and responsive. Nice room and view. Good lunches. Liked the ease of using the ski shop to store our ski gear.

Breakfast was OK - a bit disappointing vs. others we've had on ski holidays. Not enough variety. Found the hotel was really overrun by children - they just took over and at times they just made our stay unpleasant. At the Italian restaurant a couple of loud families with even louder children ruined the meal for us - they were placed in the centre of the restaurant so they were unavoidable. After that we avoided eating at the hotel.

The rooms are very spacious, and well furnished. The common areas are very tastefully decorated, with very interesting furniture pieces made from an eclectic collection of wood, ceramics and metal. The staff is very attentive to your needs, very well trained and professional. The buffet restaurant has some excellent food options and many great deserts. You will not want to leave the place to dine anywhere else. The location is right next to the slopes. If you’re a beginner coming back from skiing could be a little tough since you need to traverse a slope, take off your equipment and hike up a little bit to get to the ski room. Not a big issue, but I thought I’d mention it, don’t let this influence your decision. Compared to other 4 star hotels we stayed throughout our ski trip this a really great value for your money. Overall a really great stay, highly recommended!

Light inside the room is little lacking in the main sitting area. Some more floor light appliances would be great.

We had a junior suite. The description said a double bed with a sofa bed for one child and a separate room with a single bed for another child. In actual fact there was a pull out bed under the single bed so both children could sleep in the little room together which was much better. The suite was spacious with plenty of storage. A table and sofa where we could sit and play games. The spa was amazing and the perfect wind down after a day’s skiing. Children allowed until 6pm which was good for a cut off time and for people without kids! The restaurants were all great. The dinner buffet was very varied and good value. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. One server called Gaylord was particularly attentive and remembered all our morning coffee orders from day one. Another lady, Vicky, was incredibly kind and helpful after I’d hurt my leg skiing. Overall a fantastic hotel which we would thoroughly recommend and will be coming back to!

The hot tub and saunas could have been hotter.

Great breakfast and evening meal at the buffet.

Drinks were not included with any meal even though we stayed half-board. It is usual that alcoholic drinks are not included but soft drinks, tea, coffee and bottled water were only provided at additional cost. Tap water was free and a selection of fruit juices at breakfast were free. Tea coffee was provided in the room and later in the week staff knocked on the door to offer free bottled water but initially, there was no free bottled water in the room, which is unusual.

We recently stayed at a fantastic hotel right on the slopes, making it easy to ski straight from my door. The ski rental service and ski pass handling were incredibly convenient. The spa and outdoor pool were a highlight, especially after a day on the slopes. The staff was attentive and ensured a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for those who like 5* ski experience !

Service by the staff and range of food options for breakfast were excellent. The courtesy minibus is a great benefit, and was most helpful for us, as my wife has mobility limitations. Our room was spacious and comfortable. This is a genuine ski-in/ski-out hotel, and is brilliantly located relative to lifts for all but beginners at the end of the day.

Cold plates! Why are the plates not heated when serving hot food? Hot food generally becomes unpalatable when it goes cold, resulting in dissatisfaction, and often waste. This is something which should not happen in a top quality hotel. Inadequate compartmented storage space in our room. Much more than enough hanging space, a fair amount of which should be given over to drawers or compartments for folded clothes. Overpriced food and drink in the bar. If you're going to charge 9 euros for a cappuccino, at least make it more than two thimblefuls! We would have spent more in the bar if the prices had been more reasonable.

The staff are all young but very helpful and knowledgeable. Ski school set up was amazing!

Needs more choice on bar menu - for kids & desserts Still seemed expensive £9 hot chocolate. And did not like paying in advance rather than at checkout. Can’t buy <5 or veteran passes on site. No morning kids club. Kids club in basement.

The location is perfect, the spa is also perfect and the fact that there were no restrictions for the kids and the pool temperature was quite warm. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made it possible for us to have our rooms close to each other.

Every time I wanted to order food at lunch time after our ski day, it was really difficult to order food, get the order and then pay/sign the bill. It was taking me a total of 3 hours at least. I could see the staff was really busy (especially with the outside area) but I could say that if I didn’t have the kids with me, I would have definitely not eaten lunch at the hotel.
