This beautiful (dog-friendly) property has been in the same family for 300 years and my wife and I felt like we were treated like family during our short stay. We pre-booked a meal (with local Beaujolais wine) and had the dining room to ourselves (other than our amazingly attentive manager). The morning breakfast is also wonderful (and very large), so we could confidently take on a lengthy drive as we left for our next destination. The buildings of the complex are rich in history and our comfortable room (also with beauitiful views) was big enough for a small family.

We had everything we were hoping for - I can't recommend the Domaine des Aloets more highly.

Serene location, beautiful views and towns nestled in an idealic French country side. I lived the vineyards surrounding the property. Very beautiful location and friendly host made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Pillows in the room were not great. That is being picky, really the stay was amazing and we loved our experience.

Lovely location amongst the Beaujolais vineyards. Wonderful evening meal on the terrace and breakfast next day. Very friendly staff in a lovely setting and laid back feel.

The building is totally charming, authentic and looks like it is from some romantic movie. The whole vilage is very nice! Hosts are very kind and helpful. Room is spacious and clean.

The family bedroom provide amazing value for your money. The room was basic but the beds were comfortable and the place clean. Where Domaine des Aloets shines is the hosts, breakfast and the property itself!
