Loved the decor very old style French. Staff where beyond helpful and welcoming and staff couldn’t do enough for us.

Hotel was able to accommodate us at very short notice.

Location for our purposes was our priority and reasonable price was important. Check in as a late arrival was easy due to good communication with staff and the bed was comfortable. The windows were lovely too

It feels as though the hotel is being neglected, which is sad because it is a lovely building. Our bathroom sink didn’t drain. While we arrived late we never saw any staff, and despite there being a lovely bar and beautiful restaurant, they were never open when we were there. It didn’t encourage one to “hang out” in the building. With a few updates, this would be a quality stay worth 5 stars. It is an older building so its condition is to be expected.

Outdated rooms and facilities. At busy and noisy street. Also inside hotel noisy by other guests or personnel in the middle of the night

It’s quiet (probably because there is nobody sleeping there).

Bedroom was not done on Tuesday, no receptionist on Monday at arrival, I had to call number of owner (?) so he gave me code to enter. Then I had to recover key directly on the door of the room. They close window of the room during the day when doing room so it was really hot in the evening sometime and hard to fall asleep.
