We had an overnight stop here en route to Italy from the UK, just a couple of hours drive from Calais. The place was easy to find and was perfect for our needs. Annie and Pascal were lovely hosts and we had an absolutely glorious evening sat in the garden eating the lovely food (barbecue), drinking wine and beer, and chatting to some of the other guests. It really was a lovely relaxing stopover and I would highly recommend here. It's worth noting that any extras (meals, drinks, etc) need paying for in cash, but there are cashpoints easily accessible in Roye.

Nothing - I loved our stay here!

The breakfast was excellent. A good variety of different things to cater for all tastes. But we did find eating outside a little chilly. I had to get my husbands coat out of the car. Thank you for a comfortable stay Annie and Pascal and for your help with my husband .

Being cold whilst eating breakfast!

Beautiful relaxed garden with a pond full of frogs and fish. Kids loved it!! The pool is 26 degrees celcius and in a greenhouse (not on the pictures) with changing room and sunbeds. So you can swim when its cold or rainy. The garden is spacious with enough space for the children to run and play hide and seek. And there are two hammocks. It was really zen. Family room had a beautiful kitchen. Annie and Pascal were very lovely and talk English (which was very nice with my poor French 😀). They can arrange a breakfast if desired.

The shower was a little tight. After ten minutes the water turned cold In the evening (we were with four persons so the last two had a cold shower). But in the morning the water was hot again and we could all take a hot shower.

The hosts were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to charge our electric car and recommended a lovely restaurant. The breakfast was 10/10 with homemade croissants and bacon and eggs. You won't leave hungry. The pool is enclosed and the water was warm enough ...I would say around 28 degrees. The beds were comfortable and the towels of good quality. Try it, you won't be disappointed!😁

The knock on the door to leave when we overstayed by a couple of minutes, but perhaps the hosts had somewhere to go.

The owners of the property were very welcoming and friendly. Despite the language barrier we were made to feel very welcome. The apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. The pool was much appreciated after a long journey from the UK. The host gave us a restaurant recommendation for our evening meal which was delicious. The included breakfast was plentiful and home made croissants were delicious.

The room was large, spacious and comfortable. Decorations were simple but fine. The rooms are not luxurious but nothing was lacking or a problem. Breakfast was adequate. The pool is nice and the gardens are lovely.

It's not beautiful inside but nothing was wrong whatsoever,

We received a warm welcome by the owners upon arrival. It immediately felt familiar and relaxed. And although my French is limited, this was not a problem at all with communication. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were a group of four and there was more than enough room for everyone. Breakfast is phenomenal! They make really good eggs (with bacon) on toast!!

Very impressive building with a beautiful garden and nice rooms. Breakfast was very good with very warm and guest free owners. Where the English language is no issue for Pascal.

Additional cost needs to be paid cash. Not a big issue but something to keep in mind.

Location perfect for our needs, warm welcome from Madam, short walk into town, superb restaurant recommendation (if a little more expensive than we had hoped), lovely breakfast

The pillow was very thin for me but my partner found it OK

Wonderful welcome by Annie and Pascal. Loved the huge garden with a pool and spent all afternoon there. Stayed overnight en route to Disney to give us an easy drive the following day. We stayed in the garden room which consisted of 2 separate bedrooms, one of which contained a kind of annex which housed a shower, wash room and separate toilet.

The double bed was quite low which was difficult to get out of for me as I have arthritis, but there was another, higher large single bed in the same room which I used.
